This place to always seem to be so busy, wether it may be a weekend or not, there are tons of guests waiting around dinner time whenever I go. This has been an original hot pot place since childhood and is my favorite hot pot location in the bay area, to the wonderful service, unique fresh products, and tasty soup bases. The quality is great, and the bar is one of my favorite with unlimited vanilla soft serve (may be icy), kimchi, oranges, sauces, and etc! Don't forget to order a refreshing drink along with your hotpot I recommend the lemon and plum drinks!

It's been over a decade since we have been to Happy Lamb, but this visit sure impressed us! Either this location is just much nicer than ours closer to home, or they upped their hot pot game over the years. The meats had perfect marbling and were cut just the right thickness. I loved the fun presentation too with the dry ice!

Service was very kind to let us start eating so late at night but I wouldn't recommend showing up close to closing to get the full experience. There's a lot of good options and everything out table shared was high quality and delicious - besides the quail eggs

overpriced and can definitely find similar if not better hot pot places close by for cheaper. the estimated 20 min wait time ended up being over 50 min, and once we were seated it was very difficult to flag down a server to take our order. the price point was definitely the biggest downside. paying $2 for the sauce bar was appalling, especially since there were so little sauces available. i’ve seen double the amount of sauces at other places for free. the meat itself was very high quality, and the rest of the food was also good. however, none of it excused how expensive the whole experience was. if you’re looking for a good hotpot place that doesn’t break the bank, i’d recommend going elsewhere!

One of the best hot pot places I've been to on the Peninsula, absolutely incredible food, and the secret ice cream machine in the back is probably the best ice cream I've ever had in my life, and it's included with you meals. The management are amazing and very kind, and I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for delicious hot pot. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would!
