I'm a big fan of mrs.field since i was in high school. I think mrs.field is the best cookies i have ever had in my life. But it was so disappointed while i enjoy having it today i found something like a plastic wrap inside my cookies. So i stop eating and throw it all away. I just bought it today at hillsdale mall branch. So i think you should be more careful about cleanliness.

Wow it was my first time trying Mrs. fields cookies and I ordered the mini cookies and they were absolutely delicious!! I went there in the morning so I guess the cookies were freshly baked and it tasted great. The workers there were super nice and friendly and coming from LA I think we have it here but trying it in San Francisco was different experience. I plan on coming back soon and try more things on the menu.

staff charged me 0.50 c for a small cup of water its not that i didnt want to pay its because the attitude the staff seemed really poor staff please improve!

I love the cookies there but their service really bugs me. A sales lady's attitude was terrible when I was confirming the price " 20 nibblers for 8.99 and 6 nibbles for 5.89" with her since the price for single cookie is quite different. She was soooo impatient and said " yes" with "rage". She might really needs to consider taking a diagnosis on her emotional and behavioral management before keep working in service industry.Never go to that store again.

Absolutley poor in multiple perspectives: Cost $3 per cookie , oh excuse me $2.89 per cookie As i was ordering , choosing types they were out of choc chip cookies...they are always out of something at this terrible location..cookie store out of cookies 3pm in day When i.was choosing they kept saying with self interest " anything else" ... Choosing " anything else", "anything else" ? Im looking .... 8 cookies $ 23 plus change. Yes really ,normal.size cookies.. Not only expensive but rude expression ..
The kids loves coming here plus the staff here are friendly.

Never going to a Mrs fields again. Cookie is super dry and tastes stale. I'm paying a fat markup for premade cookie dough, you'd expect it to be relatively fresh. Waste of $7.

I don't eat as many cookies as I used to, but this it's always nice to hit that craving now and then. I like Mrs. Fields especially their frosting cookies. Sugar on top of sugar. Guaranteed to give you diabetes within the week. The only drawback is that they are a bit overpriced, but that seems to be everything today.

I am a party planner had a 2 day short noticed House party but they want me to set up a sweet buffet with customized cake included my baker can't accomodate me on said date . I have to think alternative ways to pleased my client so went in here at this place and so grateful with the owner and his staff for pulling a full size customize cake per my client request. Happy to hear & get a lots of compliment with the design and taste of the cookie cake. Happy Client Happy planner ! More parties to come Thank you Mrs. Fields Hillsdale Mall.

One of the ladies here hella snapped at me for asking if there was this one cookie... listen it's just a question but like damn you really had to put me in my place like that. Sheesh, anyways the cookies are pretty good here(at least them cinnamon ones) but customer service ain't it here
