3 out of 4 visits they made my drink wrong. Do not recommend. Seams like the owners don't pay well because it's always young teenagers working there. Big turnover rate with their employees.

Terrible, can’t taste tea at all.

I mentioned that I need less sweetness and no ice, they still gave me less ice and 50% sweetness.

Cashier was nice and drinks were decent but WAY too sweet. They move the line quickly and help push out drinks at a fast pace. The drinks are pretty good but even 50% sugar was insanely sweet. The red bean had a nice flavor though and the matcha was relatively prominent. Price was decent, 4 drinks for $27.

One of my go to boba places in the area because if it's consistency. The line can sometimes be long but isn't too crazy. I typically get the green milk tea half sweet with no toppings and it's perfect for someone who loves their milk-tea more tea-y and not too sweet. This time I decided tontey something different, a mango ice blended drink with ice cream and it was refreshing and not too sweet! The coffee crema is my partner's favorite, if you're a coffee lover, highly recommend!

Long lines but the drinks are consistently good. As far as I know, it's the only spot for boba in the mall so I get why it's busy.Service folks were patient and nice. When I went on a Saturday evening, the person ahead of me was ordering for their first time and needed a bit of guidance, so the staff took time to walk them through options.I ordered the mango green tea with agar boba topping (clear boba). I normally like this drink with aloe but they ran out... noting that there was an aloe shortage. I love their strong tea flavor so it was still a win in my book.

I don’t like that they can’t control the level of sweetness.Like every other boba shops, they have this levels of sweetness (0, 30, 50, 80, 100) and are obligated to ask which one you like while ordering. When they asked me, I said 30 % and the staff refused, saying they couldn’t do it and 80% was the lowest they could do for this drink because the sweetness came from the powder and milk.Excuse me?! Other shops that I visited could always control the level of sweetness as long as the customers want. This was unbelievable. As I expected, this drink was too sweet for me.Parking: Plenty of free parking lots in the mall

The Thai tea I ordered was tasty. Luckily I asked for 50% sweetness and it was with non-dairy creamer. Otherwise, it would have been too sweet and have to have an alternative milk as a replacement (no cow milk for me).The cashier was working hard. The auto tip built in of 20% added to the base cost made my beverage close to $8. Yikes! Watch that screen and select the tip you want to leave. I had to wait a bit for my beverages. No other clear option since SharTea has a « lock » on boba drinks here in this mall.

Yall trippin, that oreo ice blended with pearl be too good? I recommend you get it at 100% sweetness too. Its the perfect mix between a milky, icee oreo shake and sweet milk boba drink. The consistency is perfect too and the taste is just ughh? The customer service is pretty good and my drink never takes long to be served. The longest wait was ten and that's on a busy day.

Everytime I order from here my drink is ready in 5 minutes or less. I usually always get the oreo ice blended w pearl which in my opinion is the best drink. I highly recommend you get it. The customer service is great as well.

Tasty boba tea and nice selection

Milk tea was mediocre, asked for less sugar but still way too sweet. Service was not that great, and the wait was loooong!I think it's the only boba place within walking distance? No competition, that's why!

my coffee milk tea tastes really bitter. I don't know if it's the tea or coffee. But I have gotten this at another location before, and it was good. The guys working were nice. I'm upset that I didn't try my drink there. I was holding bags and my cane. So I walked to my car and then tried it. I don't have the energy to walk back.

The taste is really good. This place is much better than Boba Guys in San Carlos. Line is usually incredibly long and the service is slow. I got the Hokkaido with the less ice option, and I still got 1/3 cup of ice, and that after they melted. There isn't enough tea so it feels like a rip off. Next time I'd ask for ice on the side, or just no ice at all so they can't cheat you. It's $6.75 a cup, so I want it entirely filled with tea.
