Speaking directly about the service - I placed an incorrect order at this location by mistake, and this wonderful woman on the phone called the correct location to place the order for me, no extra charge. Incredibly lovely service. Food is outstanding too, one of my favorite places for sushi. Definitely would recommend, and they have a very helpful staff.

Vegetarian options: Just ask-they'll make it. Avocado rolls, different items that are not fish or raw meat- there's plenty of options.Dietary restrictions: Let them know right away if u have any restrictions.Parking: There's also underground parking with an elevator to enter Whole Foods.Kid-friendliness: Not super kid friendly. It's a quiet place & can get busy. Keep ur kids close so as to not bother other diners.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems like it's safe & accessible for Wheelchairs.

Horrible service. I could looked past this until they served me a fish that wasn't what I ordered. I ordered albacore, they insisted it was albacore belly. It was not.The salad was good though, that's about it.

We've been coming to SB for awhile but today was terrible. The waiter forgot my salad and edamame. When we reminded him he grudgingly brought them and slam the dishes in the table. When he was cleaning the table a couple tables down he clanged the dishes I thought for sure he was breaking them. We complained to the other waitress and she said he was new. I think he needs to reconsider working in the wait staff business. Plus he gave my order to my friend it was a mess. I'm only giving them 3 stars as the poke bowl was great!!

I came here for lunch with my friend and we left quite satisfied. We each picked an item off the lunch menu, a bento box for around $14 and a sushi roll + seaweed salad & edamame for ~$15. Each of our meals came with miso soup and a salad. Their portion sizes might look small, but we both left quite full considering the soup and salad. The sushi was good quality and quite flavorful. Service was quite attentive and polite as well. Overall, good service and good food all at a great price.

For a casual sushi night with the family Shiki is our go to spot. They have so many different types of rolls to choose from and they are always fresh and delicious.
This place is so close to me and one of the ladies at the front / server is always so sweet. The rolls are tasty and fresh and the curry chicken Katsu donburi dinner is a fave. I always ask for extra curry sauce, sometimes they do it but sometimes it's not on there? The only reason I took away one star . Just not consistent on when you ask for it. Otherwise if you're near and have a hankering for some sushi and other tasty Japanese food worth a try. I usually place my order, knock out some grocery shopping at Whole Foods and stumble on over for a quick pick up. This is usually my go to on cold days or I'm feeling a little under the weather for miso soup or the donburi.
