Sad. I used to love Sibby's Cupcakes. I recently visited and bought 3 different types of cupcakes. Sadly, the cupcakes were not fluffy. They were instead like a stale cake. The toppings were way too sugary. I bought the cupcakes with cream cheese toppings but they tasted like buttercream. I'm really sad because I had thought I had found a gem with Sibby's Cupcakes. What happened? Why the change in quality?Was there a change of baker? Was there a change in recipe? Was there a need to cut corners in this economy so as to make more profit?

If you are gluten free or know someone who is, you have found your nirvana. Glorious flavors, beautiful creations and pure joy in a pink box. I've had these gf cupcakes many times, and they never disappoint. Friendly and prompt delivery available. Superb in every way.

These are the best cupcakes that have ever existed in the universe of all time. I served them at my wedding and will make a trip to Sibby's whenever I will be in California, although I've moved out of state. The flavor combinations, the quality of cake, the precisely perfect ratio of cake to frosting are all perfect. LOVE SIBBY'S. Perfection and joy in a tiny, gorgeous cake!

We’ve been buying from sibbys for years, they’ve got amazing quality cupcakes, and we’ve even cater with them before. They are cupcakes are moist and the frosting is great, I love the decorations. Just picking up your desserts. The atmosphere is great. It seems like all the workers are friends with each other and laughing just overall a great place to supportVegetarian options: I believe all of the cupcakes are vegetarian because there are no meats with in cupcakes and definitely a ton of gluten-free and vegan options, but definitely more vegetarian and vegan, because there are quite a bit of butter cream or milk -based toppingsDietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten-free options and perhaps you could ask if you had nut allergies among other things

This is the third time that my business has used Sibby's to thank local veterinarians. We've been so happy with their quality and service that we more than doubled our order this year. Our ordering experience was not great, so I emailed and requested that a senior staff member get back to me. Within an hour of sending that email I got a call from a manager. The conversation was fantastic. She first apologized for the service that I got over the phone. Then told me that I will receive my order exactly the way I wanted it and that they will do more training with their team so that this situation is not repeated with other clients. As a business owner myself, I know that this is exactly what needs to be done when a team member doesn't convey the message and experience of the standard of service expected at the business. My order was flawless and warmly received. Couldn't be happier with the way they handled the situation and the quality of the order. I highly recommend this shop for all your cupcake needs

Sibby's is the absolute BEST cupcake in all of California if not the world. They are moist and handmade to nothing short of perfection!!! Whether you are looking for something fruity and tangy like their lemon cupcake or if you are looking for something decadent like their red velvet or hot chocolate cupcake, Sibby's knocks it out of the park. My favorite is their carrot cupcake but simply put, every single flavor is absolutely delicious. Go here, run here, stay here! Sibby's is a purely a pre-order to go only place, no thrills type of bakery. Personally I love that I can peruse at my leisure online and simply pick up, but I get that some people like the cafe sit-down style. And since I often have my dog with me, it's no hassle. The goodies speak for themselves. For years now, I've been bringing in all different types of cupcakes around the Bay to impress the host of the Christmas party I always crash. THIS was the one that done it. The red velvet is to die for. I wouldn't sleep on any of the other flavors either. Love that they offer mini sizes as well for those of us who can't finish a big cupcake. So right before any holiday I always try to put in an order before the rush.

I just wrote in the comments to do all white bridal theme and I am pleased with the way it turned out! I got the vanilla, confetti, and snickerdoodle flavors. My favorite was the snickerdoodle so I highly recommend getting that. I also loved how easy it was to pick it up - you just call and they bring it out. It's been 3 days since I picked it up and they still taste great! Will be ordering from them for my next event.

I saw some bakeries in the area and this place had the most positive reviews, but most of all, it is a NUT-FREE cupcakery and I liked the cupcakes in their photos, both from the store and the customers.I was surprised we couldn’t go inside the store after arriving. Nevertheless, I exchanged conversation with one staff at the store and told her what I needed. 20 cupcakes for kids in regular size since they also have mini and jumbo size. Then, I waited for 5 minutes and my order was ready. They sealed the boxes so I couldn’t take a peek inside (I was afraid I would spoil the cupcakes), but I got positive feedbacks from the teachers and the kids. Finally found a fantastic place for all my custom cupcake needs! I was referred to Sibby's by a coworker and was immediately impressed with their website. I found exactly what I was looking for under their custom design page (train themed cupcakes), and was thrilled to see they offered 3 different sizes and customization of flavors by the half dozen. I called my order in because I had some questions about delivery versus pickup given my event was on a day they were closed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping me get my order in and recommending flavors based on popularity. I ended up doing 2 dozen regular, 2 dozen mini, and a jumbo.About a week before, I called to confirm my pickup time and day of, I went to collect the cupcakes. Pickup was fast and easy - pull up, call them, they bring the order to your car. Ample parking near the storefront as well. The cupcakes turned out better than I even imagined! The designs were flawless and they tasted even better. I ordered way more thinking we'd have leftovers but they flew off the plates! Will definitely be using Sibby's for all my future events - and ordering extra for myself ;)
