This is the worst starbucks, which I have seen till now in the Bay Area. The service is bad, the staff is rude. When I get a normal coffee, I always ask for a side of steamed cream in a short cup. The other starbucks in the area have never charged me for this, but this starbucks charged me an extra $3.15. Even after me telling them at other starbucks, they never charge me for this extra steamed milk. Apart from this, there was a lady ahead of me asking for a birthday discount on the drinks, I suppose she didn't have the right coupon on her APP. These people straight forward denied her service and asked to call starbucks support. If I were at the counter, I would have given this lady a free drink as it was her birthday. Anyways. This starbuck thinks that they operate independently and are not a franchise. The staff is definitely spoiling the image of the starbucks franchise.

So I went in with my family and order drinks as a Christmas holiday treat. The hot chocolate was cold and the cookies were soft and wet as if liquid had spilled over them. I brought them back and young guy with curly hair had no sympathy for me and blamed me for my inconvenience. I didn’t receive any refund and no apologies. Does Starbucks not care about its customers anymore.

Attached to Hillsdale shopping mall, great if you need a quick pick-me-up in the midst of shopping. I got here a little bit before the mall opened and was able to kill some time in this Starbucks which luckily operates under its own hours separate from the mall. You do get some weird patrons in this location which makes for some people watching amusement. I ordered some egg bites and it took a little bit of time for the food to come out as there were a bunch of drink orders the staff had to get through.
Don't think I've ever waited 30 min for a drink before at any other coffee shop, even when they are busy. This one was busy, but I've seen busier, and the 3 baristas were moving really slow. Waited 25 minutes before I was able to get the attention of one to ask the status of my mobile order. He said it was coming up and I still waited another 5 minutes. All he had to say when I finally got my drink is "sorry for the wait."

I came here not too long ago with my family just to grab a drink while we were shopping. My family and I had quite a large order and I could tell they were busy. The staff was kind and ushered us in warmly. Jonathan who was working also was great interacting with my daughter. He served her up a hot chocolate and she was super happy with the kindness. This is a busy location but I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness from the staff. That truly stood out to me. Thank you Starbucks for having not only the product that lifts spirits up but the team to do it.

Order maid on November 4, 2023. Im going to say I love the holiday drinks from starbucks, but not at this locación! It has been confirmed that they are not ready! I order a caramel brulee latte and a chesnut praline latte. As soon as I tasted the caramel brulee, something was off. I when to let them know in a nice way that it wasn't the caramel brulee, and another person in the back say In a rude way "NO it is the caramel brulee I just add the chesnut on too" when that's not how I order it!!! He was really dure !!The second coffee is my favorite, chesnut praline latte, I asked for 2 extra pumps of chesnut syrup and an extra shot of express ans to be honest tje coffee just tasted like an regular coffee with cream. The day before I had one from another location and it was PERFECT! SORRY BUT IF YOU CAN AVOID GOIG TO THIS LOCATION, PLEASE DO! One other thing, that I didn't mind was the waiting time but only if they had maid my drinks corect!
