I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory for dinner, and it was a satisfying dining experience. The restaurant was bustling with activity, but the wait was worth it. I ordered their famous Chicken Madeira, and it was fantastic - tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich mushroom Madeira sauce served with mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus.

I originally made a reservation for my older gifriends, and myself, and one of my kids 30 mins prior to when we needed. They were kind enough, (thank you Miko), to make sure everyone was taken care of, in our entirely diverse party, and accomodate amazingly (for our normal outing of a Friday lunch group).Normally my friends would tell me to go to____(name withheld)___, or ________, but I fought for the cheesecake factory because the service of the specific location and quality of their food is absolutely the best. The service by VENNI --- thank you! Thank you MIKO for making our reservation so seemless even after I had to change it for all of our friends!THIS IS THE Cheesecake Factory that will specifically deal with every single dietary or menu request, and, do it better than any other restaurant in this area! ...Reservations, bread, no salt,--- every part about their service is great! (And now I have my friends to finally agree, who are 30 years older than me I think they know everything but now I know something, so thank you cheesecake factory for being there for us!)Restrooms are always clean and you'll probably try to sing along in the bathroom with all the cool music, too!Thank you again!Vegetarian options: Because they are so good at service and whoever that chef is awesome, their dietary restrictions despite any ridiculous requests have been met by far every single time I've been here.Dietary restrictions: Every one of us that are five person table had a certain specific request, every single request was met with higher expectations than we ever imagined. (Not normal for when we normally go out to eat kind of thing right? I.e. can I substitute this for this?, can I not have salt but can I have this in place of this ingredient? )Parking: This is the parking lot generally for the mall, free, and plenty of accessible locations free and safe to walk with your friends directly to the front door and almost see your car from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: I think my picture says everything about kid friendliness! Very kid friendly. I'm not talking crazy kids running around, I'm talking they know how to cater to your child as well as any other guest you may have with you.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility and very close proximity to the front door from accessible parking.

Terrible terrible food. The shrimp and chicken jambalaya pasta didn’t even have shrimps in it. The pasta itself is soggy and flavorless. The bang bang chicken and shrimp is even worse. The chicken tasted like they were made a week ago, and they’ve been reheated million times. They tasted like rocks. There were also only 2 small pathetic shrimps. Extremely overpriced and pathetic. The server didn’t even ask how our food was. Never coming back again.

Every month me and my friends have a "girls night" where we come to the Hillsdale cheesecake factory and have dinner. The past few time we have come we have had the pleasure of being served by VENNY. If Venny isn't a lead or a manager of some kind, she needs to be and deserves a raise of some kind. She's an absolute asset to this location. Every time we come we see this girl with a huge smile on her face and serving table after table without skipping a beat. Tonight I finally asked her name because I wanted to acknowledge this young lady and tell you all how me and my friends now come to cheesecake factory in hopes to see Venny again even if she isn't serving our table. As my friend said below we are #teamvenny! Venny if you see this, keep that smile on your face girl. You are PHENOMENAL and I hope you get some kind of acknowledgement for this because you deserve it!

Food was ok which is not what you'd expect here. I had to ask multiple times for extra sauce on the side although I put it in with my original order. I'd go to a different Cheesecake location or choose a different restaurant altogether in the future.
Very nice meal, a lot of food. Management was nice to come out and say couple more minutes when not needed with family discussions. Provided take home boxes .

Good food and good service. The freshly baked breads that are served at the start with the creamy butter are delightful. We order the chicken lettuce wraps almost every time and it never disappoints. Among other favorites are crab bites, crispy Brussels sprouts, avocado egg rolls, spicy tuna, fish tacos and skinnilaceous salmon. Our kids love everything on the kids menu. Of course no meal is complete without a cheesecake and we love every cheesecake we have tried starting from the original to the different innovative flavors they have developed over the years. Hard to pinpoint a favorite. The cheesecakes melt in the mouth with the dollops of fresh cream !Can get busy, especially during weekends.

I noticed that I was being ignored while checking in. Someone asian came up while I was checking in and was rudely interrupted and while the checking person asked me questions he did not ask him to wait he went ahead and serviced the customer while checking me in he should have told him to wait while I'm being checked in but that didn't happen on chinese new yrs day. I understand it was busy but being afro american this type of stuff happens often and they wonder why we explode. No good customer service and racist at this cheese cake factory will not be back nope and I will pass it on......
