I ordered a giant chicken Philly through Uber eats. I’m still looking for the rest of the chicken. Not to mention, it was bland . Nuthin but bread. Never again

Great Philly cheese steak... flavorful meat on a soft roll! it satisfies the itch for a yummy reminder of the east coast! coming from Pa that speaks volumes! However , we do order extra meat and cheese.

Decided to try Jersey Mike's recently, and it was pretty good. You pay a lot for your sandwich, but you get a lot of meat. I also like that they slice the deli meat in front of you as you order it, and it's fresh. The 7-inch (regular size) sandwich was $11 out the door, but it had so much meat on it, it was more filling than any 12-inch sub that I ever had at Subway. Although the sandwiches are delicious, I'm actually only giving the food 3.5 stars and rounding up to 4 starts. It is still a chain restaurant after all. The only complaint that I had about this location is that their menu board in the restaurant didn't have all of the sandwich options listed online for some reason. After some discussion with the staff there, it turns out that you just need to know about the other options to order them. Seems kinda weird to me. I've only tried the cold sandwiches, so will update whenever I try the hot ones.

Love my mikes !! & they do them subs goood !! Always know my order when I come ! The service is exceptional. Nice vibes whenever I come !! Definitely recommend my go to is a number 7 hard to try other things but the Philly look so good

During our weekend adventure, we stopped by Jersey Mike's Sub in San Pablo for some lunch. Surprisingly, the restaurant was deserted, but we noticed a few orders being prepared. As I stepped inside, my initial reaction was that the place looked neglected and the employees were not following safety protocols - no gloves or face masks while handling food. They even used the same knife to cut all of their sandwiches, which isn't great in case someone has allergies to certain foods. (3/5) I ordered the classic Italian. Ham, capicola, provolone with wheat bread. It was quite disappointing. The ingredients were lacking in freshness and it was tasteless. Their bread was dry and lacked the desired texture. It was almost like they had been left out for an extended period. (1/5) The employees appeared uninterested and angry. Not once did they greet me with a warm smile or make an effort to ensure I felt welcome in their store. Overall, I would not come back to this location.
Stepped into this Jersey Mike's location for the first time to pick up an order I placed online. The estimated wait time for placing an "ASAP" order is a crazy 30mins. I thought they were just exaggerating, but when I showed up 20mins later, my sandwich was in-fact not yet started. The employees however were all super friendly and very apologetic about the wait, and I had my sandwich in hand about 5mins later. I opted for a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, which was packed full of beef, cheese, Jalapeño Peppers , Mushrooms, Red/Green Pepper Strips and Grilled Onions. While it wasn't the most aesthetically well put together sandwich, they were very generous with the portions and the sandwich was absolutely delicious! For anyone else struggling to find what part of this strip mall the store is located at, they are right next door to Jamba Juice, which is near Starbucks.

Having come from the east coast, I've been to several Jersey Mike's locations across the country. They're consistent, have hearty sandwiches with quality ingredients, and are reasonably priced for the amount of food. Their chicken isn't is my go to, and tastes like home.

I've been coming here on and off for about 2 years now. Unfortunately, I've left numerous times without ordering because of what I see the employees doing. I'm not sure if these people have ever taken food handling classes or not because it doesn't seem so. First off, there is a young female worker who always wears bracelets with charms and long strings hanging off of them, which always ends up touching the food. I've also observed her handling the cash register and then grabbing gloves without washing her hands first. This is called cross contamination. Hello?!? Today, I went in to order, and the younger male was handling the register, and then he also didn't wash his hands before grabbing gloves. I mean, come on, people!! Needless to say, I left again. Hey Jersey Mike's PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF BEFORE SOMEONE GETS FOOD POISONING!!!!
