im a uber driver and i took a few minutes to take a lunch but a rider give me a news paper coupons and they didn't want to take it so i had to cancel my order and he got me of me,why???

This location does not except coupons. There newly sliced deli is not like Jersey Mike's, Subway slices theirs early AM. They do not slice it in front of you as their making your sandwich & certain deli meats are pre-sliced. I was disappointed after finding this out..also, they no longer have pastrami sandwiches.

The person I got didn’t like to listen to what I asked for. I had to tell him the sandwich I wanted three times and he still got it wrong. Not a special order, sandwich off the menu, no substations. I commented that he made me the wrong sandwich and he got an attitude and then was just rude after that. But he wasn’t listening after he’d ask a question, so he was rude from the start.

The customer service is horrible they are very prejudice with nasty attitudes We did an incredible social experiment of sending in a white male a black male and a mexican male to order the same thing and then compared the services rendered and portions given and the white guy received greeting and extra attention care and extra portions without asking. The other two gentlemen was not greeted was rushed and they even was given unwelcome attitudes and smaller portions for all the same price. They have been reported on by servals costumers..Please Don't not support where you are not welcome!!

This is the cheapest subway I've ever been to. They rarely ever accept coupons and if they do it's limited. Ordered today and tried to redeem free bday cookie and they wouldn't even honor that. Super cheap!!
