Haven't been to San Pedro in over a decade, and I'm so glad I didn't read the reviews from this place because I would've gone to the other place. Most reviews complain that the wait time was long, or the food was uncooked. I had arrived around 2pm, the line wasn't that long, they took my order and I had received it around 20 mins or so. I had ordered 2 large plates. 1 of the plates was chicken and shrimp, and the other one was fish fillet and shrimp. Definitely amazing and delicious. Nothing tasted undercooked, it all tasted fresh for sure. I would eat the shrimp with my family and the other stuff that came with it, like potato, tortilla, bread, etc. Check the photos to see what it came with if you want to see yourself. Overall, great place and good wait times. I recommend arriving early before it gets crowded, cause once it hit 3pm, it was crowded and the line went around the building. Definitely coming back!

I have come to this restaurant about three times and the past two times it was delicious but this time around wasn’t so great. Maybe it was the cook but I feel like they didn’t add enough butter or seasoning. The flavor was just not there this time but I’d say it’s cheaper than if you would go next door to the fish market. They also give you a lot of food so it not all bad.

It's a lot of food, but does not have the quality nor taste of fresh caught fish market food to order.

The worst place ever, I would give them zero stars but let's give them one! Food took more than half an hour it was horrible can sauce for the Mexican food the tables outside dirty and uncomfortable! Really bad experience!

3/11/22 Can't properly Yelp review a place before I get to eat here but let's start with a 3 star for just having a myriad of choices in offerings for what you could be in the mood for. Honestly though, we entered through the entrance-thinking we got to the desired destination, which would be San Pedro Fish Market & restaurant. Hubby & just looked around & thought, okay maybe we should head on over to the other side-which is next doors. It was separated by chicken wire fencing with posted notification saying "you may not bring over your food purchased from Cafe Int'l to eat at San Pedro Fish mkt". Maybe we'll try this place next time, depending on how our experience would be at San Pedro's. Of note, this place is smaller scale but almost similar in concept.

food taste is horrible, lots of uncooked onions in the tray, seasoning was too much, and very expensive... dont waste your time and money in this s#ucking place.

I always try to see the best in all of the restaurants and locations that I visit. I am in the one percentile for Los Angeles of Google reviewers and this has to be absolutely the worst place I have ever eaten at. From the beginning the one and a 1/2 hour wait outdoors to get a table was a warning sign. After getting our table we had to make line to order our food. Outside on their advertisement board they mentioned that they had lobster and fresh fish and various seafood. When I got to the ordering window immediately I noticed that they had their Food precooked and waiting on a shelf for people to hand off to them. Of course I ordered the lobster And they said they were out of lobster so then I ordered the fried fish with the Shrimp and vegetables. I also ordered ribs and a shrimp cocktail. I had to stand by for about 10 minutes to get my order but I did not see anyone cook anything fresh I watched very carefully they handed me some ribs that were on a shelf and the color was almost a black from being saturated with oil and left in the open air the shrimp was so overcooked it was not peeled or cleaned and You could not peel the skin off due to how overcooked they were . The fish was hard and cold. And for $200 I could have went to a 5 star restaurant. I called to speak to the manager because they charged me $76 with 25 cents for the fried fish and shrimp combo and did not give me my fried fish . As I was speaking with the manager and explaining to him that I had ordered to fish on the side the owner a Caucasian man with long white hair walks in through the side door and I ask the manager if that was the owner he said yes I asked if I could speak with him regarding my order and he blatantly ignored me. They sold me lemon wedges and tostadas for an additional $9. Never again will I visit this restaurant And I do not recommend it to anyone !!!!!! Save your time and save your money And enjoy food elsewhere. Oh yes I also ordered the shrimp cocktail which was being served as As a ceviche also Because I asked if that was the cocktail it looked like it was sitting there all day and it was overloaded with oregano and a hot pepper I don't know if that was to cover up any old or foul smells but I did not eat it. I have accomplished a badge for my photos but was so completely disgusted by my food that I didn't even waste my time taking any pictures. I wish I would have to show you how bad the food truly is.
