This Chipotle is shameful. Is this what we get in San Pedro, a dirty and filthy dining room? The windows are disgusting im afraid to go to the restroom. The tables are dirty, the floor is against health code. This is shameful. The portions are some pf the smallest that ive seen. Absolutely terrible. I will not be back.

Always put of something until theirnorder comes in, dirty equipment that looks like it never gets cleaned, and food products sitting in lots of liquid from dumping old product on top of new product contaminating the new product.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. When you first walk in it smells like a basement. The floors are cracked. The lighting is terrible. Literally ALL of the tables were dirty. Trash overflow.Employees are really nice though. They give decent sized portions

My girlfriend and I were served by a young man about 6pm 2/2/24. My girlfriend ordered a bowl no issues and then when it came to mine the portions were almost laughable. I even asked for double to try and compensate and was left with a half full bowl and 25 dollar bill, lol. Very inconsistent, couldn’t recommend this chipotle.

the only thing more disgusting and disturbing than the food here is the employees attitudes. Dirty environment, tense ambience, food made with disdain. Managers work ethic makes me feel 100% sure they do disgusting shii w the food in the back. this place need to get entirely SHUT DOWN.

Me and my friends were driving by to see if the store was still open. But when we slowed down we got many weird looks from the workers. It's like as if they didn't want us to be there. It was a white lady with a black mask. She was below average in looks.......
It's definitely a great place. The food is nice, the atmosphere is a little lackluster, but overall, I'd go here for a good meal!Vegetarian options: There's only two vegetarian specific options when making your meal, but it's a good amount when considering its on the meat section!

Absolute horrible customer service!The lady running the show greeting customers who had no business speaking to customers let alone representing any business. While in line I observed her on a war path.Throwing food away, mistakes or misunderstandings the staff made IDK...most likely because she wasn't listening nor allowing her staff to serve or help anyone without fighting with them 1st. It was mandatory to bully every guest that ordered anything in a condescending way to educate them or tell them..I've never heard so much " just so you know.." I've also never seen food chucked across the line based on the direction to THROW IT AWAY...I'm sure it happens, but I've never noticed it let alone several times in the few minutes we were there so aggressively.I am not new to Chipotle, and have been a fan for years but this entire experience was JARRING and rude! It was not consistent with any other Chipotle or basic QSR that I frequent with my family for dinner coming from my daughters Volleyball game.I asked the cashier the name of the lady who was responsible for all the ruckus...he let me know he can't give out a name unless she volunteers it. Then when I asked to speak to the manager he said oh that horriblely rude lady was the manager. SHOCKING!!! To top it off they did so much nickel and diming and petty bickering that they ended up forgetting to add my Wife's Queso in the bag...They definitely charged us. When I came back to show my receipt with the bag to literally be inspected if the Queso was present or not. Finally when they determined yet another mistake or misunderstanding the same lady put her finger up to basically say give me 1 minute... Rolled her eyes and slapped it a few inches next to the bag to allow someone else to just give us or food. I asked the cashier " Does this seem right? Pretty ridiculous customer service " He said I just work here." After all that not the response I wanted at all! More like I get it I'm so sorry would have really been appreciated.I'm certain this " manager " get a complaint every shift...there is no way any hospitality establishment could survive like this. Not just a bad day ....this was the highest form of authority present and the example to the rest of the staff...It was just another day at the office for her. Reading these other reviews it seems like they've just given up at 2 stars per location. I've never felt it more than tonight.Bummer!!!

I ordered a steak burrito and once I opened it, there was literally three pieces of steak. I got up to tell one of the workers that my burrito had no meat in it, and she ignored me for a good couple of minutes, then gave me a half full small sample cup with 3 pieces of steak. Besides the fact that she was rude when I told her what was wrong with my food, the fact that she couldn't care less about the horrible customer service I received. Never coming back here, wouldn't recommend anyone come either.
