Everytime I come to this location they are ALWAYS out of something, always! It's the closest to.my house which is 4 miles, I call ahead and all is good when I get there..."oh we are out of that one" waste of time and gas. Start stocking your supplies and try being friendly

Need more employees! Why is there only one poor girl doing all the work- she's so sweet and trying her hardest. Then all of a sudden the manager comes out from the back after 20 min. I know people need their breaks- but you can take a brake when there's not a line of people and one girl struggling. Smh. Give T-Kya A RAISE SHE DESERVES IT.

Poor workers are heavily understaffed. There were 15 customers at one point inside of the tiny store but only 2 employees.

Worst Jamba I have been to. No organization and we waited 30 minutes just to be told the juicing machine broke down. They were busy and that is understandable but they have no empathy for customers. I can see why this place has 2 stars anddd to give us a refund what even an issue. Seriously worst customer service EVER.

I always wanted to try the Jamba Juice store. The first time, I went to the storein San Pedro.It was located next to the Petco store.This store was in the Park Plaza, so I didn't have a problem finding a parking space.I went inside of the store and the store was very clean. They had all kinds of fruit juices & different flavor of fruit smoothies. They offered healthy drinksand foods to choose from, and I didn't know what to order. There was a lady who greeted me with a great smile.She was friendly and helpful.I ordered the strawberry, granola, and low-fat yogurt bowl for my breakfast.Then, I went outside for a walk for a while. They had a hugh parking lot, andI walked around to other stores.After that, I came back to the storeand got my food.I tried the strawberry, granola& and yogurt bowl after I came home.Wow!!! It was delight and sumptuousfruit ?. It didn't taste sweet at all, but granola was sweet & yogurtwas creamy, so three flavors createdperfect combination.It was a nutritious, healthy, low-fat andlight breakfast.I would like to recommend Jamba Juiceto everyone.Lately, I have been eating unhealthy foods such as chicken wings, French fries, brownies, pizza & other fatty foods, but from now on, I will improvemy eating habits. The Jamba Juice store offers healthy and nutritious foods. I love their yummy foods!!!.

Needs more employees. Long waits for orders that have been filled, that stay in the blender while other orders are being taken. Owner, try hiring a couple more employees. JJ has been around in town long enough that it's time to open up your wallet and hire. Be fair to your current employees that are working like maniacs.

I love the Watermelon Breeze with Creamy Plant Base. My daughter loves the Belgian Waffle Farfait with yogurt. Hubby likes the Açaí. I m happy n don't feel bad having my sweet fix from here since they r healthy. Customer service is mostly pleasant n they always tell you if they are out of an ingredient that can be substituted.
Your staff is literally begging customers to write reviews about how understaffed and poorly managed this location is. Leadership, get your s*** together and give me my smoothie! Rawrrrrr

I was just here not that long ago I got a waffle parfait i got home And I was eating it I got a hair in my bowl I doing live close by so I've been calling them to let them no and no one picks up. I suggest for all the employees to wear hair nets. I didn't even get to finish my bowl. If it were to be possible I would give no stars.

Be aware that Jamba juice don't make fresh juice any more. I was there yesterday by noon and asked for a small orange juice and they gave me a pre made OJ.Taste different, is like a fresh orange juice mixed with bottled OJ.Totally disappointed.Then they gave me a 1(800) number, even worse. They never answered. The WORST customer service experience from Jamba juice.
