2/2 times my order was wrong. This time everything was wrong. It’s almost like they did it on purpose. They could have randomly tossed food in a bag and had a more accurate order. The first time I used the drive thru. This time I did an online order so all they had to do was read it. I’m astonished how bad of a job they could do. Aside from this, the quality of the food is very bad. So it’s definitely a lose lose.

My husband ordered 2 menus and he accidentally ordered coca cola for me . I asked the lady to change it to Mountain Dew instead and she looked like to me I asked her restaurant’s keys . Anyway meanwhile clearly on drugs a woman came and asked for a free cup and she gets it immediately for free . Me i am still waiting her to change my drink . Anyway she got annoyed i guess and brought her manager - and he was like “ how I can help ? “ and i gave back my coca-cola and asked him to change to Mountain dew . He was like “ here “ . Took him one second .

I had the most amazing experience here today. I was greeted with kindness and with a genuine smile by Melissa. I admit I was a little indecisive on what to order and was taking my time, however she took my order with the outmost patience. Claudia also jumped in and help suggest something on the menu that I’ve never tried before. She based her suggestion after she asked me about my top 3 choices. Both Melissa and Claudia worked nicely to ensure my satisfaction was fully met. I will certainly recommend this restaurant to my friends and relatives, and want to give a virtual high five to both Melissa and Claudia for their outstanding customer service.Kid-friendliness: Claudia and Melissa provided the most outstanding customer service experience. Talk about team work and going above and beyond to out meet expectations

Place had a strange vibe. I walked in stood at the counter and nobody could be bothered to walk to the register to take an order. After I couple min of standing there I forgot what I was gonna order and took a seat at a empty booth . Couple more min I started a game of blitz chess . Then I finally yelled out loud I am ready to order.a few .in later someone came to the register to help me . Food was not bad but it was very awkward inside like the end of a first date .
