Horrible customer service. I didn't even eat there, never have. I'm a Uber eats delivery person, couldn't get anyone's attention for a while, totally felt ignored. Their communication is the just worst. I don't even have the energy to explain everything that went down I just will not be accepting any more deliveries from that place. ???

We were here for a bridal dinner in the private back room. Absolutely delicious!!! Fresh ingredients and everything made with love. Excellent service, beautiful atmosphere! The pasta was perfect and the appetizers were such a tasty start to an incredible meal.

Nice surprise! We came to San Pedro to meet a friend whom we literally have not seen in 50 years. She was on from Florida to embark on a round the world cruise. We just used the web to pick a place. Food was excellent and service awesome. We arrived early (about 4:10) and figured we would wait at the bar for our reservation time (5:30). We were so excited to see our long lost friend were not really paying attention to time. However, having drinks while waiting, we got hungry quickly. Although the place was filling up quickly, they were kind enough to seat us immediately. It was a delightful evening. Service was perfect-not fast, but timely. Food was excellent. A very nice upscale experience. Would not hesitate recommending to anyone. Parking was a minor inconvenience, but otherwise, above average experience.
Loved it.Great service.Cioppino appetizer was great and beautifully presented. The salmon carpaccio needed some olive oil or dressing. The salmon was hidden under a bed of salad. Salmon should be on top as the centerpiece.Pinot Grigio was tasty.Had to request bread.

Service was terrible. Table was constantly bumped into by both service people and patrons squeezing between us and the adjacent party. Nearly spilled food and drink a number of times. No apologies offered. Noisy and way overpriced for what you get. Never again!

La Bocca Felice has amazing food, amazing drinks, and amazing service! I've never had anything there that I didn't love, and the servers and owner make sure we have a great experience whenever we go. Our favorite place for date night!

My fiance and I came in today for Valentine’s Day because my fiancé was excited about trying it for a while and we lived down the street so why not give it a try. We came in and sat down and were served water, when I nonchalantly took a gulp I instantly tasted BLEACH! My chest immediately started to burn and I couldn’t grasp the fact that i really swallowed bleach, I brought this issue to the manager. He just apologized and then gotten me another water , I was so thrown off because I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth. I wanted to just walk out after that because the manager didn’t really act like he cared , as soon as I got my food I took a bite and I couldn’t even taste my food because the BLEACH was so overpowering. My waitress was very helpful in trying to get our issue resolved more than the actual manager , we will never be coming back here. This is unacceptable and I pray that i do not have any issues from consuming bleach !!
