I was so pleasantly surprised by how delicious this place was. There were SO MANY delicious, unique flavors and Paulina, the server, graciously allowed me to taste so many of them!!!!! (Without me even asking!! i mustve tried like 5 and i wanted to stop because there were other people waiting to order, but when she was ringing my order,she saw that i was eyeing the horchata and offered a sample before i left ). All the flavors tasted so fresh and authentic; my favorites that i’ve tried were: passion fruit, mango, and acai dragonfruit. The ice creams are delectably soft & melt in your mouth, kind of the way haagen daaz does. Genuinely doesn’t feel like there are any fillers or fake flavors. So good, you must try!!

I've visited this location three times and have walked out without buying anything on two of those occasions. The service is unbelievably bad at this particular location. I've been totally ignored and left standing at the counter with nobody else in the store. Also, handwritten signs are posted inside the store, which advertise various specials, but they are written only in Spanish. I will definitely never go back!

This was my first time and probably my last. I ordered the esquites. I opened my order, took a bite, and immediately tasted expired dairy. The smell immediately hit my face. I went back to get a new one and I was given expired dairy again in my cup. I told the girl and was given a refund (thank you.) but it was still disappointing.

Good Quality Ice Cream, Huge selection of flavors, and choices of other items on the menu, only thing is there are no prices listed. Bathroom was not sanitary, and questionable. Air conditioned which is nice.

The staff here rude asf.. We walked in an the lady was already rushing us to order like Hol on give us a min. She had a nasty lil attitude the whole time she was taking our order like if you don't like yo job don't take it out on us.

Good ice cream, but bad customer service. No one was helping. All you can hear was people laughing in the back and others just “cleaning” ignoring everyone else. I thought it was customer first.
I've been coming here for a while, but today was the worst day with an employee so rude that she even laughed at me. I'm not going back.

The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the ice cream is very goodBut other than that customer service needs to be worked on because the girl was trying to help another customer instead of me when I was in the line before they were. I felt like my purchase at this location wasn’t valued by the worker, but anyhow my kids enjoyed their ice cream and that’s what matters. It’s just upsetting because of how great customer service other locations have . hopefully next time I go customer service improves if I decide to return.

My raspado was the saddest raspado ever. I asked for a pineapple and lechers. It had 1/2 of a scoop of pineapple and the rest was lechers. So it was pretty much a lechers raspado. The same employee forgot to charge us for a tamal that we asked for, three times. Not a happy day a happy at Michoacana ?
