Jennifer is the absolute best, I stumbled across this little hidden gem and I cannot say enough about the service I received from Jennifer. She let me and my co worker sample the drinks before deciding which one to get, and she makes the best organic Acai bowls. On the other note, we came back one day for lunch and I'm not sure what the lady name was that was there, she was so rude and we have not been back since. I wish Jennifer was there daily because I really loved the way her energy was and the way she made our bowl and drinks.

Stopped here to grab a small bite before heading out on a cruise. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Protein Cacao Berry Bowl was very yummy and filling. I was able to take it to go. Three friends got smoothies and they were helpful with altering them a bit based on their preferences. I would strongly recommend.

New ownership has breathed fresh life into Blend & Befriend, and I'm loving the changes! If you're looking for healthy, delicious raw vegan bites, this is your new go-to spot.Gone are the days of miscellaneous offerings (arts & crafts) – now, raw vegan specialties are the spotlight, perfect for packing in some serious nutrients and fiber.I enjoyed the Caprese sandwich on their incredible homemade "onion bread". Don't let the quotes fool you; this flatbread is flat-out incredible – seriously crave-worthy, with a satisfying crunch and subtle onion-y sweetness. The filling's a medley of fresh tomatoes, kale, basil, and tangy olive oil & vinegar, made a great sandwich.I also enjoyed the carrot coconut ginger soup and this hit the spot on a colder day. Packed with fresh ginger (a dream for ginger lovers!), the creamy carrot base offered warmth and comfort. A quick sprinkle of salt elevated the flavors. My husband opted for the onion bread sandwich (same amazing bread!) with cashew cream cheese, tomatoes, onion, and a zingy lemon pepper dressing. He swapped the kale for extra cucumbers, creating a refreshing twist. Both sandwiches were a winner! He also enjoyed the strawberry moons smoothie, a delightful blend of banana, strawberry, vanilla, dates, mint, and oat milk. It was fresh and satisfying!Beyond the food, I applaud the new owners' vision and commitment to quality. They've put in the effort to source fresh ingredients and consistently deliver dishes that are both delicious and nourishing. This was a marked improvement compared to the previous iteration (Nuda), which often felt inconsistent.Blend & Befriend has earned a permanent spot on my healthy eating list! I highly recommend popping in for a taste of their reimagined raw vegan goodness.

I love the new owners! Since they took over the atmosphere is light, friendly and positive. Today I tried their lunch food for the first time. I had the "Jennifer's Special" an off menu item made with their famous onion bread. It's topped with cashew cream cheese, cucumbers, avocados and Sprouts. The ingredients were all so fresh! It was the perfect filling and satisfying lunch.Vegetarian options: The whole menu is vegan and maybe raw vegan? I had the "Jennifer's Special" an off menu item made with their famous onion bread. It was the perfect filling and satisfying lunch.Dietary restrictions: The staff is ready to accommodate many restrictions, and the menu is egg, meat and dairy-free.Parking: There is usually plenty parking meters and 2 nearby lots. All parking is free on Sundays.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the berry bowls and the new owners even have crafts for busy hands.

If you haven't had these tasty treats, you are missing out! They are delish! Small, sweet, protein packed, and healthy! It's just what I was looking for to stave off hunger mid-morning.

This is my go to spot whenever I’m in San Pedro. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and nothing seems to disappoint me. Everything made fresh. Amy is always smiling and makes everything with love.

I had a sandwich here that was made with a unique flat onion bread. We liked the bread so much we bought some extra to take home. All the ingredients were very fresh and high quality. It was very good. I had the Kombucha, which is made locally, and I would definitely recommend it. Overall, nice place with a chill vibe.

Tried Blend and Befriend for the first time today after having visited the shop when it was called Nuda. My husband and I had a great experience! The new owner is super nice! We love to support local businesses. They have some of the same menu items that Nuda had, but they also have new menu items and new things to do such as board game night! They took out a lot of the old shelving and it really opened up and made the space more inviting. I tried the superberry brain mylk and it was fantastic! I'll definitely be back to enjoy the new hot drinks and food items.

Service was amazing, very nice folks! They gave me a few extra additives in my smoothie since I can't chew currently.

I had a vegan smoothie and I liked it. I usually don’t like bananas but the way that they made it I was quite pleased. It was an expensive little eight dollar smoothie but it was satisfying considering that it was gluten-free.Kid-friendliness: Saw to kids with açaí bowl when I ordered they finished them by th time I was on th sidewalk
