I ordered from pizza hut last night and was completely dumbfounded on how expensive their pizza has become. I got my usual order of a stuft crust with pineapple, jalapeno and onion. Usually that order costs around $25.00 some how last night I was charged nearly $40 for one pizza! I looked at the receipt and saw that they not only charge a $6 delivery fee but also a 3 dollar service fee plus $3.50 in taxes this is before we even tip the delivery driver. I'm sorry but $40 for one pizza is absolutely insane especially considering all the nicer pizza places around Pedro you can order from for cheaper and better quality of food. Never again!

I just ordered pizza last night and a chicken ceasar salad I immediately started throwing up and having diarrhea I went to the doctors and they said food poisoning I called this morning and spoke the Jay the manager as soon as I got on the phone he called me a liar and said I should go to the hospital I explained to him I went to my doctor already. I asked him for a refund and his response was " no what do you mean" I politely then asked him for his district managers name and phone number he refused to give me the number and gave me the name I then said you gave me his name now can you please give me the phone number to call him, jay then asked me how I got the district managers name and I replied with "you just told me his name" he then said " I never gave you his name you must have called before!" I have never called before he finally gave me the phone number and was very rude about it. He asked if I had left over of the pizza and i told him I do most of it is there!

Order was supposed to be delivered by 4, it didn’t arrive until 4:55. At 4:24, store said there was an error with dispatch and it should arrive in 10-15 minutes, took another 30. When I called again, the person that answered laughed and put me on hold. When someone came back on the phone, they claimed to be a different person and never laughed, said they were the manager named Carla. I would have been fine with a simple refund for the cold pizza, but the laughing was not okay. Due to the many errors by the store and the disrespect, I asked for a full refund and they would only offer $5, not even what I paid for the cold pizza. I have never had any issues with the store today and after this experience, I will not be giving them anymore business and will also be posting on Yelp, Google and Facebook for the city pages. This is something I do not do but your employees at that store need training.

Today 8/28/21 worst experience ever. went to pick up my to go order. No one greeted me , as I'm yelling hello I make contact with an employee she (Samantha) didn't acknowledge me at all so I bang on the wall and another employee come out to assist me, 4minutes later I get my pizza, only to get home and notice the order was wrong. And was told to bring the pizza back , it 9:00pm I'm to tired to go back . i took a picture of the pizza to show proof. I asked for bell peppers and got jalapeño peppers. Tonight this location sucks ,

I was crying while eating the pizza- I don't like to waste food. Eating that pizza slice was the most painful moment I have ever had to endure in my life. Making other Pizza Huts look bad. Asked for a regular pepperoni pizza and the crust was so thin. Looked like a pizza you'd get from 7-Eleven. Not to mention my supreme pizza as well as the pepperoni pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. The wings were bland and I ordered buffalo wings. Buffalo sauce that supposed to cover the wings all over were just at the bottom of the container and the wings weren't completely done either. And the worst part was...They didn't have Caesar salad- If I could give it a 0 Star review I would. But unfortunately I can't. So I'll have to rate it a 1 Star. ;-; And you know this is bad if a child is taking their time to download yelp on their phone. Make a whole account, just to complain about this single Pizza Hut restaurant. This is all I have to say and I learned a valuable lesson today. Look at the ratings before buying.. I suffered today...

Called 4.30 sunday afternoon the phone order lady is extremely rude and unprofessional dont seem to like her job very much sounded like extremely illiterate l**** who needs some help i will be reporting this store pizza hut corporate i was trying to order pizza for my kids this little pos , freaking low level dirty BIACH had no clue what to do with attitude feel sorry for the owner of this store but end of the day its his fault for having DU M BIG BIACH EMPLOYEE like this

I ordered a pizza bundle and the driver said they were at my front door with my food and nobody was there. We even have a a ring doorbell that would have given a notification of any type of movement. I called the store and it took them 3 hours and 5 phone calls later for them to tell me my food was never made or sent out. I just canceled it altogether.

Pizza and wings were in route in less than 10 minutes. Sounds good, but there is no way this food was fresh! The dough was soggy and tasted nasty. My seven year old said it was horrible. That was my first and last time eating there.
