I loved my Huevos Rancheros from this cafe! Perfect oavocado, eggs, cheese and beans. I checked the review before going to San Pedro and I kept bugging Hubby that I wanted to try this cafe. So here we are! Surprise surprise! The place is fantastic, with great breakfast selections. The French toast uses a different type of bread, a healthier bread. This was so nice. Again, my daughter and I were actually referred by one of the hotel employees, he that the food was delicious and he was right! We had breakfast and let me tell you,everything was great! Pancakes were as big as the plate they were served in. Eggs,sausage, bacon, toast, and hash brown were so good we had to sit there a while longer because we were so full. The service is fantastic! Great food and staff! I love going to Rex's Cafe every time I am in town. I always get the breakfast burrito, which is sooo good, but I have also tried a few other dishes and everything there is great! Everyone that works there is nice and works very hard. It is a bit small inside, so be prepared to wait if you go during peak hours because it is worth the wait.
