I've been going to this Starbucks for years, but some of the new staff have just been consistently below par unfortunately. Hoping someone sees this and offers them more training.I don't think it's their fault. I don't mind attitudes, delays, or service outages from a broken register. Went into Starbucks yesterday(mother's day) there was no one working mind you still very early..Went today(5-15) tried to order my drink and the 2 associates said machine was not working with a very RUDE attitude I know customer service is a hard job but doesn't mean you have to respond to a customer with a ATTITUDE...

Out of all the Starbucks in the San Pedro area, this one does the best medicine ball! But, avoid going Sunday mornings when the barista with the blue hair is there. She's the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional personal I've ever dealt with. I should have called corporate, but... whatever!
