I Love coming here because it's down the street. Fast drive thru options with friendly staff.Vegetarian options: It's Starbucks. Coffee anyway you want including vegan and vegetarian style.Dietary restrictions: Different types of fat free options.Parking: Pretty decent number of spaces all the way down to the pizza place. Mainly it's drive through only at the Starbucks but sometimes the pickup window outside is available.Kid-friendliness: It's Starbucks so it's kid and dog friendly.
Super slow, and on my most recent visit, they ran out of half and half and didn't tell me...just handed me black coffee at the window and were like, "Sorry." ??♀️

Food is so horribly salted to such an extreme that it will turn someone who doesn't care about sodium into someone who does. Individual items may be over an entire day's sodium intake. Drive thru is great, often quick. People are great. Company is an issue but the coffee works.

I have to review this place because is the second time I ordered 2 caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel and the first time there wasn’t no extra caramel and the Frappuccino was no flavor at all and second time today 1-05-24 8:00 pm I ask to make sure they made it right and they don’t gaf they still didn’t make it right

I wish I could give negative stars. I rarely leave reviews, because what's the point. However today I am infuriated that I ordered a Venti Iced Carmel Brûlée Latte & a Venti Cafe Americano. I received the cafe Americano but for the Latte, I received a LITERAL cup of ICE. I often door dash because I don't have time to sit in the long lines there with my work schedule. I paid 12 dollars for a cup of ICE.
Horrible! Never again. Unprofessional staff. Terrible customer service.

Went on 11/11/23 around 10:45 pm. Specifically asked for a HOT matcha the lady stared at me because I was kind of indecisive. I told her I never had a hot matcha. So wasn’t sure how to order it. She stated it was the same thing. Mind you my drink cost 7$ and they still got it wrong. I had to be at work soon so I had to leave. This has happened before multiple times at this location. Wish 5th street Starbucks was open late !!
