Absolutely the most rudest people I have ever met that work for fast food! Your fryer goes down but you still continue to accept Uber eats orders and then on top of that you get the orders confused and send me someone else's Uber eats order! Such bad customer service! Especially the girl with the red hair and braces/gems in her teeth was so god damn rude and should not be working in the food industry! This isn't the first time you guys messed up my order and I know damn well it won't be the last! Every time I go there you guys forget something in my order or my food is extremely cold or your lettuce is old! Your store literally is the nastiest Taco Bell I've ever been too!!!!!! I'm sick of the excuses!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS!!! I went there today for lunch and I had the worst fast food experience ever in my life. I ordered a #10 combo in the drive thru, which came to $11.82. When I was handed my drink, it barely had any ice in it and I could see that it was flat. I took a sip, and it was not cold and it was indeed, flat. When I told the guy at the window that my drink was bad he told me they had no more ice and that all the other drinks would turn out the same. I told him this is not acceptable, and can I get a discount for the drink because it's terrible. He responded that he already charged me so there was nothing that he could do about it. He offered no solutions, no other substitutes, and then closed the window on me. He opened it again when he saw that I wasn't leaving and then told me that "you must be hard up for money because you can't even afford to lose a dollar or two". OH NO!!! That is not how you speak to customers, especially when you KNOW that you are giving them bad product. I was so upset, so I parked the car and went in to speak to the manager. The manager, a young girl, also did nothing to rectify the situation. At this point, I said that I just wanted my money back. Meanwhile, the guy was laughing and telling his other co-workers in Spanish about what he said to me. The whole time his back was to me. The manager was also rude and offered no apology. When I asked her if she felt this was acceptable behavior, she just ignored me. I've never been treated so poorly before and I worked in retail for 21 years. I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK AND NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY CO-WORKERS!!!

Just, wow. I don't like to be overly critical but this Taco Bell consistently gets the orders wrong. This one I JUST ordered maybe 15 minutes ago in the drive through was a crunch wrap supreme, no tomatoes. 2 crunchy tacos, 2 bean and cheese burritos.I get a crunch wrap with a bunch of tomatoes and no tostada inside, I get NO burritos and 4 broken tacos. What the heck guys?! Never coming again and telling others to also stop going by. There is no excuse.

Late night Taco Bell runs are by no means a culinary experience, but last night I got the worst food I've ever had from this location. Everything that was fried tasted like they never change the oil. I could taste old oil and all the burnt residue in it. The chalupas and burritos in our deluxe box had almost no meat in them. I could see bits and pieces but no where near what a normal portion should be. No consistency in the amount of beans in each burrito either. I thought they had pre measured scoopers. Service was ok but the food was bad. Definitely taking this spot off our list. Last thing, I don't need 30 packets of hot sauce with every order!

Tables and seat need to be wiped down way more often. I haven’t visited the inside of Taco Bell in years and I still know why. This location needs to wipe tables and doors often- like any other dining establishment.

Big shout out to the beautiful Vanessa! I've become an afterwork regular and she is always so patient and kind. My burritos are just what I ordered and because of her service and consistency, I'll be back and highly recommend! Thank you!

If you do the drive thru they'll ask you to wait in the parking lot out front. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes in the lot in addition to the time spent in the drive thru. You're looking at a 20-30 minute wait for a Taco Bell combo box with an empty drive thru line. The parking spots aren't numbered so they'll be wondering around from car to car with your food when they bring your order. Perfect recipe for getting your order forgotten like they did with mine. I had to go in the store with my receipt to remind them they didn't give me my order. There are also homeless panhandlers that frequent this location so expect to be asked for spare change at least once if you're waiting out front. If you see the parking lot full of cars their probably backed up on orders. When they're behind like this, the quality of the food suffers. If you're going to be waiting that long for Mexican food you may as well head up the Street to El Taco.

I typically don’t eat Taco Bell because it just doesn’t agree with me…. But on this day…. I’m so glad I did. They have a new Chile Verde Steak Burrito….. oh my lord and heaven above. It is hands down, one of the best things I have ever eaten. The burrito has perfectly seasoned meat, rice, NACHO FRIES, and a Chile Verde sauce that is spicy, peppery, tart….. it’s uh-making… all of this is wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla. If you haven’t tried it yet, you better try it before it’s gone. I believe it’s a limited time item (sad face)
