This is an active bakery who is selling their equipment noeq.on FB marketplace These pics are from 9/14/23. One day ago. And this is how gross and filthy this place is while baking and serving. The mixer is corrected and the whole place is disgusting and should have been shut down a long time ago.

My husband and I went to try this place for some good Mexican bread and we got some very good items. The turnovers, apple, pineapple and pumpkin were all very good. The concha was delicious too. Everything tasted fresh. It was interesting that they had many pans of the same type if items so wasn't sure if they all were fresh or some were older. Hard to tell. The only thing that disappointed us were the elephant ears. Those are our favorites. They were a bit dry. Like I said, we say more than one tray of these so maybe we were given the old ones? Anyway, we would go back and try them again and taste some other ones that we didn't get that day.

Mexican Bread. Authentic, the flavors will remind you of your childhood. I have patronized this bakery since my childhood. I remember going with my dad. On another street close by, we would bring our own pan to purchase Menudo from a woman with a few toddlers.

Saturday evening, my son bought a dozen of the Mexican sweetbreads for the morning of Mother's Day. But when he got home, I tried one, and it was so fresh and delicious that I shared them with the family members right then. They were delectable!!!

There was a fly in the bread cabinet. It was dirty and unkept. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to some "pan" and needed bread for my alter. Had to walk out with nothing.
