Excellent food. Clam chowder is to die for. Jalapeno poppers best around. Hot wings had great flavor. Owner/waitress very friendly. Dog friendly outside seating. Very casual and easy going! The girl who runs this place is friendly, and attentive to customers. A+++

This is my 2nd review for Utro's. Not sure how the first one was removed as it met your community standards and yelp supposedly does not remove bad reviews. It's now not even in the reviews that aren't recommended. It's just GONE. I went to Utros 2x now. Vists roughly 25 years apart and would you believe it was an identical experience? It was crowded but our group finally got a table outside. I went to use the restroom and was embarrassingly yelled at by a woman named Sheryl that I better be a customer to use the bathroom. Their food is delicious. Their beer is delicious even though it literally took 45 min for food to show up. Their hospitality & service stinks. It always has. If you're a glutton for punishment, come for the food, not the service. I won't be back.

I would give this place zero stars if I could!!!! The waitress was incredibly rude, as was the food server! We were a party of two adults and 5 children and they actually SHAMED us for having 5 kids! Even saying things to other customers about us! They kept plus selling food we didn’t want and double charged us for food we did order. The freezer food was incredibly disappointing as they probably could have caught everything from the ocean! They didn’t bother to tell us that they were out of fish and chips until they served everyone else’s food!!!! I ended up with a gelatinous clam chowder that tasted like they didn’t even warm it up out of the can because their menu has almost no selection. I will NEVER return and I honestly hope they don’t stay in business much longer….

This place was not nice or kid friendly. Wr came and asked for a table for five and the owner (im assuming because of her rude ways and attitude) told us she was frustrated because of all the commotion going on at the fish market. She said she hated how people would get tired of waiting in line at the fish market and would come to her restaurant and ask for seafood dishes and that her restaurant didn't operate like that. She said "we do things how we want here and not how people want. So i said Im not feeling welcome here, i will only stay if im welcomed then she started talking to my daughter as if she knew us in a rude way, so i told her not to speak yo my daughter like that and left. I felt very discriminated against as a latina. Also she should shut down id she can't handle people, maybe put up sig and say we only accept people we like. So sad to see people act this way. I seriously think she should not be working anymore. She needs a break and retire. Also her employee le her daughter, (seemed like a family business ) said to me . We don't like big groups .
Most people drive by , forget about Utro's, I went the early morning while they were prepping to open sat down outside and relaxed, they took my order before opening and told me it would be a while. I enjoy sitting outside was in no rush. This is one of the older places in the fishing boat area.Check It Out

They were short staffed and apologetic. Waited 45 minutes for a bowl of chili, hoping it would be an easy dish to make. I had to run so asked for it to go. When I opened up my container a minute later, I found out the chili was completely cold. Not even warmed up one bit. Straight from a can. Cold canned hormel chili. 8 bucks. 50 minute wait. I hope you guys get your staff shortage fixed, seems like it could be a fun place!

My absolute favorite Burger The divine is just that superb everything here is delicious! Locals only kind of place and if you come here and you’re not from around here respect it don’t leave garbage in the parking lot.
