Staff is always friendly when we come and customer service is on point. It’s always clean and the topping bar is always stocked and so many selections to choose from when it come to the fro-yo. When we went, half of the machines were down and the workers were standing around not doing anything. They told us it would take at least 2 hours to get the flavor we wanted up and running again. Only one person was working on cleaning one machine intermittently between customers. EAlmost every customer I saw come through were disappointed on the lack of varieties of flavors. When they would let the employees know the machine was out of fro-yo, they would literally reply "and?" My family ended up getting some fro-yo but I sat there watching them because they got the last of the plain tart and the mango yogurt, and there was no other flavor I was interested in.

Love yogurtland! Would definitely recommend enrolling in their rewards system. Pricing is quite fair compared to most other froyo places, and their classic tart is delish. The cashiers have always been nice at this location, and would definitely come again.

A favorite place to bring my kids after school, they're always asking every Tuesday or Wednesday to come over here. Staff is always welcoming, and we usually see Delia as the first friendly face every time we enter. Yogurt is always great quality, and the Rewards programs adds up quick. Come by and enjoy!

Great yogurts and toppings. I wish there were a few more yogurt flavors, but the kids and I didn't complain. Tough to not fill up even a small cup! Even boba toppings. Grandson wants to visit all the time!

They miscommunicated my interview date, then kept blaming me for it when THEY miscommunicated, then framed me saying I send them rude texts when I never did, even checked my recently deleted texts and I had never texted them ANYTHING, they are extremely unpleasant and unprofessional which is probably why they constantly need workers, but to lie to my face saying I sent rude messages when I never did is a whole other level of unprofessional, go to the one in redondo beach because Atleast those employees know how to act right and be POLITE and not LIE about me sending texts, I have shared my experience with some people already and they are completely turned off from coming back to this yogurtland and have found other locations to eat at, extremely unprofessional
