Awful experience. I placed an online order, and when I arrived there were 2 people ahead of me being served. I then go to the mobile order area, let the guy know I'm waiting for my order, with the expectation it'll be made next. The guy making the food gets the paper for my order, then proceeds to place it aside, so he can serve the 3 people that came in after me.What restaurant pushes aside the current customer, to serve the 3 people that came in after me? Is it racism, as I'm white, the people behind the counter were brown, and the customers who came in were brown? Is it sexism, as I'm a male, and the 3 customers were women? Is it just that they don't like me, or don't value my business?I even left a tip, the 3 customers after me didn't leave one, and this is the service I can expect?Hadn't gone to a Chipotle in years, and I don't think I'll be back ever.

It's ok, the prices are high compared to a real taqueria for the food quality and portions. Plus, a lot of the time they dont wrap your burrito right.

Horrible customer service. A lady with bleach blonde short hair had an attitude when I asked for the fresh chicken coming out. Then barely put any meat in my quesadilla and when I asked for a little more she wanted to charge me extra. Very distasteful and she shouldn’t be working with that attitude!

I have always enjoyed Chipotle’s except for yesterday. The portion was not as much as in the past and both my adult daughter and I had diarrhea and cramping. I had the carne asada bowl and she had the steak bowl.

Pretty bad- flavorless, dry. In our take out order the Burrito was missing cheese and sour cream and falling apart. My adult quesadilla had pretty much no cheese and tasted burnt and was small. Burrito bowl was super dry. Chicken is not good and has a lot of Grisel.

This place is amazing. I was on a 14 hour school field trip and we stopped here for lunch and it just made my day. the food was amazing, and the workers were very polite. I got a bowl, and I was impressed because I never been there before.

Are you kidding me? The meat portions have gotten super small. Sometimes the portions of everything else has gotten smaller depending on the server. Sometimes very little meat and sometimes its very little everything. Sometimes its like a kids size portion. Last time I went the meat didnt even cover the top layer. It was a thin layer of meat surrounded by a one inch border of lettuces. Very pathetic product.

Ordered a burrito bowl with beef for takeout. When I got home I found out I got a veggie bowl instead. This is just a bowl with mostly shredded lettuce, sour cream, and rice - cheap filler. Where's the beef? Pretty pathetic! This was my first visit and my last. I'll go to real Mexican restaurants instead!

Got a veggie bowl here, it was okay at the time although it was very very spicy- after eating it I started having stomach cramping/diarrhea- I thought it was just from the spice but now two days later I’m getting nauseous everytime I try to eat so I think I might have E Coli- which is crazy considering I got NO meat or animal products in my bowl. Must of been cross contaminated. I thought I was making a healthy choice stopping here but apparently not. I do not recommend.
I have been ordering and buying food from this place and I have noticed a big difference from ordering up front and deliveries. My orders from this place when i get my food delivered has been such a disappointment. One order I had was an extra steak bowl. And they only have given me 10 literal pieces of steak!I dont know if this is due to overflowing of orders, or rush hours. But people ordering online and cant commute to get their food for personal reasons are spending 50% more than the rest of the people.Ill come back. If my current order thats being delivered right now comes back to another disappointment. ?

One of the better chipotle locations in california. Everything is always fresh and hot and extra tasty lol. I can't explain it but they have some of the better tasting chipotle black beans. Staff is quick and friendly. Give them a raise so you can maintain this quality

This particular chipotle doesn’t have a separate section for the phone orders so the lines are always a mile long as you wait for them to do 5 phone orders for every 1 person in line..it’s ridiculous! Waiting 30min in line for a taco..not worth it..figure out a better system jesus
