I regularly order the chicken pho to take out. It is really delicious. Incredible flavorful broth and plentiful chicken and many condiments to add. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating.

Very authentic, great food and pho, friendly service! I spent 1 month travelling in Vietnam a few years ago and this food is awesome! I had the pho tai and spring rolls, both excellent! The family vibe is really cool too, I enjoyed watching the TV with grandma, seriously!

Super delicious we got the beef pho and some tea. The owners are really friendly and sweet. We will definitely be going there as often as possible to try the rest of the menu. Ingredients are fresh and the flavor is out of this world.
The pho here is great. I've only been twice so far for a pick up order, but the food is high quality. We ordered Pho with rare beef and egg rolls. Very tasty. We will need to come in soon and eat there, and explore other items. The place is huge and has a full bar, as well. The owner and the workers there are extremely nice.

Chilly with the door open on a cold winter day. Slim clientele, possibly because the place hasn't yet hit it's stride. Good food with nice portions, friendly staff and I bet it rocks out with Karaoke on weekend evenings!
I had the beef pho and it was out of this world delicious! The soup portions were smaller than other pho restaurants, but the flavors blew me away. The service was very attentive and the server was friendly. As Golden Era 1 has taken over an old bar/club, the ambiance doesn't really match a Vietnamese restaurant, but hey, you're there to eat amazing pho, so I didn't care. I can't wait to go again!

This was my first official visit to golden era. The first one was when they had recently opened and my daughter and I went to check them out but they were still closed 30 minutes after their published open hours on the door. I placed an order for pick up, the beef combo and spring rolls. First thing I always do is taste the broth to get a sense of how much I need to pump it up if needed. It wasn't bad but I did add plum sauce, sriracha and a bit of white vinegar. That may sound weird but that's my taste. They also give you a lemon wedge instead of a lime. Not sure of that so thankfully I always have limes at home. The rare beef was a generous portion and was really tender in the broth. The beef rib also really tender but rather bland. The meatballs, I mean cmon they only gave me 2 of them. Shrimp spring rolls were huge! The fattest ones I've ever had at a restaurant and very fresh. The downside to them is that the peanut sauce didn't really have much flavor going on. Thankfully again, I always have peanut sauce so I combined theirs with mine and tweaked it so it had some flavor. Overall in my opinion the Pho is average. It would have me come back when I have a craving again. I live only 4 blocks away so it's convenient. My last thought on this, when I walked in it was freezing inside. I'm glad I got it to go! It was empty and I found it kind of odd that they had a picture oh Georges the old club that it was hanging on the wall. Not sure how to describe its decor but there are a few pics I took.

Love this place, my boyfriend and I come here all the time. Their service is wonderful and the food is even more amazing. I always order Bún thịt nướng and its sooooo good. I dont think its on the menu but they make it for us. Highly recommend !!
