EMPLOYEE INCOMPETENCE! I PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH THE APP AND SELECTED THE OPTION TO PICK UP BY DRIVE THRU. WHEN I GET THERE THEY TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO GO INSIDE, I STEP IN AND THEY TELL ME THAT I HAD TO HAVE PICKED UP MY ORDER AT THE DRIVE THRU.GET YOUR EMPLOYEES TO AGREE! TRAIN THEM WELL SO THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO GIVE PROPER SERVICE.IN THE END WE RAN OUT OF FOOD BECAUSE THE MANAGER COULD NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING FOR ME, SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING AND MY ORDER APPEARED CANCELED IN HER SYSTEM WHEN THE ORDER WAS OK IN MY APP, I NEVER CANCELED IT.

When I got to McDonald’s and went through the drive through, the lady didn’t speak English well enough, so when I ordered my drinks they mistook it for something else, and when I got to the window she did not want to receive my code from the app, then when I got to the second window, they tried to give me drinks I didn’t order and when I told them that they were the wrong ones they told me to go back around and make another order for the correct ones and pay again, and they told me to move from the drive through because there was a line behind me and because there were people behind me, then they told me to just go inside and make another order. When I got inside, I told them that they made a mistake and that next time they should put someone who knows English at the window.No one wanted to make my drinks, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I’m not trying to be racist or anything but they need to put someone who REALLY UNDERSTANDS THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE at the windows. I know Latinos are hard workers..

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Their prices are much higher than other locations, the Coke’s routinely flat and they got my drive thru order wrong again which is incredibly frustrating since I’m usually far away by the time I realize it. The food doesn’t taste fresh either. Go to any other McDonald’s in the area if possible. I’m done with this place.

So I went in and wanted to order some cookies and some hot chocolate I asked the lady in the front if she can warm up my cookies because I don't want them to be hard and dry she said that she couldn't do it and I was surprised in the East Bay I always get the cookies warmed up unusually the workers have no problem doing it they're usually happy to do it but this lady had an attitude and looked at me and rolled her eyes I will not be coming back I will not be coming back to the San Rafael McDonald's customer service is very low and the fact that she had an attitude because I actually don't want the cookies pretty much sealed the deal for me

The staff and customers are all screaming in Spanish , I waited in line for 10 minutes to order while I watched the lobby fill up with crowds of hispanics with kids running around everyone speaking spanish very loud, I dint know what country I was in for a minute. How do they all afford to live in one of the most expensive cities in the country? how can a father with several children and a wife afford to live here, pay for all their medical, cars, food, housing, utility bills? and not even able to speak English? I left the place and went to another restaurant I will never go back to that hell hole. How can they afford to feed a family of several people at mcDonald prices? the bill must be at least over $60

The food is wrong half the time. Most of the time you have to make sure that everything is in the bag before you leave because they miss items. The customer service sucks. I rarely ever see a smile comes from any of the employee faces or they don’t even try to greet you when you come to the window, they never say hello or thank you. It’s just a very sad state. You would think that because you paid so much for fast food that you would be treated kindly, but sadly that’s not the case.
