The best part of my experience here was the service. The staff was friendly, I was greeted and given a table quickly.The rest did not leave a passable first impression. I received chips and salsa, the chips were terrible. Thick unseasoned tortillas that seemed stale. I've never disliked chips before, I didn't even know I could.Upon receiving my combo plate, beans were good. The chili relleno was the best part. The taco does need help. It was served greasy and seemingly unseasoned.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the al pastor was just bad- both in flavor and texture; it had no sweetness and was fatty and rubbery and it seemed they had compensated by cutting it extra thin, but this did not help. I did really like their salsa, and the server was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. It’s a shame they would use such low-quality pork when otherwise it could have been a good experience.

I ordered the macho burrito with steak and black beans. As soon as I got a few bites into it, I realized there is a reason this restaurant has been here for decades. It was delicious and packed with meat. The salsa which came with our chips was also fresh and tasty. As good as the burrito was, it paled in comparison to the service we received. "Leo" is an energetic and hospitable worker and we later found out that he is the owner. What a genuinely nice person! We will definitely make this a regular stop when we're in the neighborhood. Actually, we'll go out of our way to come here as well!

Wow that was great and the food was excellent, the Great was the service and atmosphere. Thanks so much. We're from Bodega Bay and we love the energy thid place has. It all starts from the top and I don't think there was a bottom, all employees acted as if they were the owner. Now that's good service. There are lots of Mexican restaurants in the area and we're so happy to had chose this place

Always delicious, hot for takeout and fresh.Parking: Plenty of parking with handicap parking almost directly in front of restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely level ground from parking lot to the entrance. If doors aren't open, usually one of the staff is right there to greet customers.

Was just planning to dine in when i Heard from the Hair lady a few doors down that 2 people got sick after they ate from this restaurant. Just be careful.
We LOVE Panchitos! We do take out pretty regularly. Love the cheese or chicken enchiladas with green sauce, cheesy beans, salsa, veggie burritos-just about everything. Really nice people help you out.

The service was excellent. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. His service was awesome. We had the Carne Asada plate. Unfortunately the meat was very tough. Remind me of the saying " Tougher than a $2 steak" other than the horrible steak, I like this place. Everything else is delicious. The place is very nice and the decor is nice. Just don't order the Carne Asada.

Met friends at Panchitos in San Rafael. It's a small restaurant in a snappy shopping center . Food was delicious the service was great. We went about 25 minutes early and ordered drinks while we waited for friends they were kind and didn't mind. They brought us delicious salsa and chips while we waited. I love this place. Nothing fancy but well worth the visit if you want good food and good service!
