My order was incorrect and I didn’t bother to ask for a remake since I observed the barista remain on the phone discussing personal information while helping other customers. Hands were not washed between cash handling to making drinks.

They have some great drip coffee and bacon and cheddar brioche and toasted caprese sandwich was amaze balls. The service is always kind and make some great ice coffee. The ambiance is chill and Greta place Togo in the morning to sip some ice coffee at. I recommend this place for someone looking for some amazing ice coffee and good coffee.

I have been coming here a couple of times and boy this place has got to be the slowest service. Even with a small group of people they take forever, no one has time to wait extremely long to get a service. Staff always seem out of place. This is probably my last time coming here.

Now I remember why I never come here anymore. Such a bad location. Some of the workers here are not the brightest, very slow, not paying attention to the customer. The ambiance is like a hole in the wall room, fitting for a dead mall. Drinks aren't made well, for example I got like two pieces of ice in my cold brew, it was lukewarm by the time I left the door. Also some of the clientele that frequent this location in particular are not anyone you want to be around. For example, they let a guy hacking his lungs up into the store regularly, he doesn't cover his mouth or anything, blows snot all around. Very uncomfortable place. Avoid.

As most places, they seem to suffer for staffing. Service was good but slow. Chai was delicious! It was not like a Starbucks that people call in their orders and so the place can be slammed even if not full.This was like most other Peet's, full of locals. And notably,people were there talking to each other, over a coffee, not just solo looking into a screen. I'd add another half a star for that.

Super confused upon arrival here.... I asked for a hot cup of coffee and they tell me "we don't have any coffee". Is this not a coffee shop??? That's like a gas station not having gas. Had to wait forever for my coffee to be brewed
