Ordered on the RT website for delivery. They contract DoorDash. However, in there version of door dash you can’t contact driver. Also the driver location is general. Not specific. I was quoted 30-40 min delivery. I called them 1 1/2 hours later because no delivery. The “person” answering the phone at the restaurant told me the manager starts in 3 hours. I said to expect a call 1/2 hour later…Because the food is further delayed. The former dude who said a manager would be in later , magically is now magically the owner and he cancels my order.I will not order from them again. I would be cautious. And whatever you do don’t complain.Rb

Pepperoni pizza yum!! Haven't been since MV location. Sad that Salad Bar was sub par and No actual solid utensils. Just super flimsy plastic utensils. Which only had Forks in their bins.Granted Easter Sunday lunch... pizza still Yummy!

Don’t know about the pizza. This review is purely for their service. It sucks. My experience with The woman who answering the phone son 4/30/2024 at 4:28pm, was exceptionally poor. The level of entitlement and the attitude displayed were unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience significantly marred a child’s birthday celebration. When inquiring about the timing of our order, the response was not only unhelpful but also conveyed with a level of annoyance that was completely uncalled for. Based on this experience, I am compelled to give a zero-star review, primarily due to the terrible service and attitude of the staff.

My experience was bad! The bathrooms ? do not have toilet paper dirty! TheDirty tables! There are not enough staff to serve customers! The pizza ? was good! But they must pay attention to cleanliness to get clean food!

YUM!!!! Ok, so after years of ups and downs with new owners and change in management, I have got to say, they finally got the right combination. What ever is in the universe for our local round table on the MILE, this one is doing an awesome job!!! Pizza is fantastic, hot, cooked perfect and made and served in a timely fashion. To go, twenty minutes! Hot dang! Keep up the good work guys and don't change a dang thing!!!

My family and I love pizza, so each time we travel we get pizza for at least one meal. I've been to pizza in every corner of the US, Chicago, matty matheson's pizza joint, Tommaso's, momofuku(canada).My wife loves breadsticks, so the roundtable chain is always a solid bet (they have good breadsticks consistently)I don't ushually write reviews but I had to today. We got our food, the pizza was great and these are the best breadsticks we have ever had, seriously.The owner was working and we got to speak to him, he's a great guy (Nick).Well my wife went to check out the local parks with the kids durring my appointment and she told me while we were eating that she heard a noise.. long story short, we had a problem that we needed to address or we would end up broken down. The owner Nick came out in the rain with me, gave me some zipties/materials and came up with a way to mitigate the impending disaster.We were far from home and he made sure my family could make it back without my wife being stuck on the side of the road out of kindness, he was genuine.Out of every pizza place we have gone to this will always be my favorite because the food is honestly top notch and the owner is amazing. We will always stop by when we are down this way and I'd be happy to go out of our way to order tons of the breadsticks next time.

I spent $45 what a waste of money seriously cold pizza I called the store and asked where my order was he said my phone number is wrong in the system but tells me my address? He asked can I pick it up I said no it’s for delivery my pizza was just sitting there until they found a driver through a 3rd party. Pizza isn’t the same plus it is cold I will never get pizza from here again.

Ordered 2 pizzas West Pacific instructions of no onions and and as I picked up the pizza got to where I was going I noticed the smell of peppers and onions I should have checked the box before leaving the restaurant I called the guy and told him that I had people that were expecting no onions and peppers on their pizza,and he said he would refund the money on one pizza so far no refund has been issued

Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Never disappointed with a Round Table pizza. Nick made our stay even more pleasant. His establishment epitomizes a Round Table location. We have been Round Table fans for literally decades and Nick’s location keeps up the fine tradition of this pizza. The Lucero’s of Ontario, Ca. will definitely be back next time in San Rafael!

Today, November 22, I had the worst customer service I have ever received, two young people on night shift served us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, they left us waiting for a long time while we asked for our order, I don't know the names of both , but physically speaking, one was tall and thick, and the other was short and thin with long hair, both were with their cell phones, and when we realized that the person who is short and thin did not take our order, we did not direct them to his partner and he himself rudely told us that his partner would attend to us, we went to his partner again and when we were ordering he kept telling us a moment when he was only looking at his cell phone, and I don't know what he was doing on the computer, also he The wardrobe she had was very inappropriate for work and so was her hairstyle and we saw how she suddenly touched her hair, it was a very bad experience, I hope you take it into account...When working in customer service I think that they should be more friendly and have a good presentation in their clothing and especially the workers' hair, I think that when handling food they should be more hygienic, and wear a cap or hair tie, very bad service!!!!!

Today I had terrible service, just as I saw that another person was in front of me and was treated in the same way, two guys on night shift today, Wednesday 11-22-23, were very disrespectful, rude and unhygienic since they They left me waiting for a long time while they took my order, both people spent it on their cell phone, I think they should take more action regarding the experiences that other people have had and their reviews, the person in front of me made the decision to leave the store, with respect to healthiness I think that their clothing and hair costs are not hygienic at all and in my opinion I would not recommend this place to be able to enjoy the food, I think they would eat with anger, this place is not worth it not a star.

The best pizza in Marin County! Was so happy when I heard Round Table was opening up. The crust is amazing, so crisp and delicious. They don't skimp on toppings, so fresh and delicious. Delivery is incredibly fast, pizza was at my door in 34 minutes. DoorDash can also deliver. A large pizza with 4 different toppings is 33.95... hell yah!! Sick of all these Marin county pizza places charging 55-67 a pizza, plus delivery INSANE!! Bye Amici's
