Stopped by to have some lunch and was greeted right away by cashier very friendly, saw their pastries and omg they look so delicious , didn't know what to pick but ended up choosing the creamy french and got the turkey pepperjack which was the sandwich the cashier recommended he mentioned. Got everything and the sandwich was perfectly made and delicious definitely will be coming back

I was so excited about this bakery coming to the area. There is one thing that my whole family specifically loves: the sweet brioche that they make. Obvously, there are many others that love it. Very often, when I come specifically for it, it has already finished. One has to come immediatellty after opening to find it. I have been told to call and they would reserve some for me. But why don't they just bake more of it? So that it lasts longer. Definitely, if one comes after 12, it cannot be found. Clearly there are many customers for the sweet brioche! Make more of it!

This is a must visit!! I wish I would have taken pictures of what we got. Everything was so delicious. We got 3 of the fruit and custard tarts, a slice of the berry cake, and tiramisu. All I can say is YUM!! The fruit was fresh, even the next day.Parking: There is a large parking lot. No issues parking.

Stopped by for the first time today. Was disappointed that many cases didn't have much in them and I saw little that was appealing to me. A sandwich was advertised on a large sign. I waited by the register for some time before someone appeared from the back to wait on me. I asked the price of that sandwich. She rung it up on the register and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked her again how much the sandwich costs and she told me quite a high price but I decided to get it. How long will that take, I asked. She said less than 3 minutes for this sandwich that had quite a few ingredients. I assume that means it is premade and it only has to be nuked. Quality can't be good and it was expensive. But, I hadn't eaten yet today so I said okay. Again she impatiently asked if I wanted anything else. I said that I was interested in one of the little cakes but wanted to know what was in it. She opened the back of the case and added that to my order. I hadn't ordered it. Only asked what was in the cake. . She kept demanding what else, interrupting herself since she had begun talking to someone who wasn't a customer so she had no real interest in my reply. Finally I said, you don't seem to be listening to me. She opened her mouth wide and in my face belted out a loud, ignorant-sounding, "HUH?" Geez! A little surprised at this very poor service and rude person, I wasn't sure how to reply. Sounding annoyed, she demanded, "what do you need?!!" I told her I don't need anything and left empty-handed.

Slow service plus they messed up on my to go order. I will not be returning to this location.

The 2023 pumpkin pie is a total disappointment. It is SO AMERICAN SWEET. I paid more for the pie from Andersen because they used to be mild "European" sweet.. This year it is a piece of trash just like ANY AMERICAN pie. So why waste more money for a piece of trash which ends up in the trash right after the 1st bit. The Andersen Pullman bread, English bread & the pastries are still top rates. I cannot comment on their cakes because I haven't try any since Andersen have changed hands.

Found this place yelping while hanging out at Bishop Ranch Center. This bakery is not too far from the city center. It's located next to Trader Joe's. This bakery has a variety of different pastries. I ended up getting the pesto cheese bread, the fruit pastry, and walnut cheese pastry. All of them tasted very good to me. The fruit pastry was good because all of the fruits were fresh and also the dough had those nice air gaps made it soft. The walnut pastry was decent and you can taste the walnut in the dough. The pesto pastry is better when warmed up, though I feel that the cheese could have been more flavorful or at least had more saltiness but instead was more neutral. The service here is ok. The two people that were there the day I went were friendly, though for one English is their second language and it was hard for them to understand what I was saying when I tried to converse with them. But that's ok. Prices are average and typical of what other bakeries in the Bay Area are pricing pastries these days. BTW they open at 8AM which is a bit inconvenient for me because I typically like to start my day earlier and I would end up not being able to go here until I get off work. Overall all the pastries were good, probably not the best I've had but for the area and for the convenience being not too far off the freeway I'd say this place is very decent.

Absolutely awful. Workers were rude and the walnut cream cheese pastry was stale. I honestly don't know how this place is in business. I'm pretty sure most of the pastries are a couple days old - that's definitely how ours tasted. Two bites and we threw it out. Try East Bay Bakery in Danville where you can actually see them freshly baking things in the background (where everything is sold out for a reason.)

The pastries are pretty good. But I have come to this location on several days, at around 8:15. Sign on the door says they are open at 8am , no problem things happen. I wait in my car. I wait until 8:40. The doors are still locked and they are setting up shop. This has happened a couple times. I understand but maybe have the sign say you open at 9? It's frustrating, and I end up making a detour for nothing.

We are delighted to have this bakery so close to us in San Ramon. The selection is excellent and all the pastries we have tried are delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Love this bakery, so glad they opened this new location. Lots of choices with reasonable price that are less than other bakeries around. More people should know about this bakery.

Not really that impressed. It is kinda over priced for what you get. Got the cheesy pesto bread, cream cheese Danish, and a soft bread roll. They are sorta competing with 98 degree bakery, Paris Baguette chains. It was just ok.They are located in the same center as Trader Joe's near the Cold Stone ice cream shop. Parking was pretty easy. There are alot of vacant spaces in this shopping center now. Doesn't look like it is doing very well. Hopefully it picks up.

I've been to the other locations but this is a new setup to pick your own pastries. This location is much smaller/cramped. One table inside and rest are outside. I was in the neighborhood and just wanted to try it. I got my usual, jalapeño bread and clam chowder soup to go. The lady at the counter was sweet. PASS on the clam chowder soup next time. It looked disgusting. I opened it, it was clumpy and oily. I don't know why but I tried it and it was sour and spit it out immediately. Next time I'll just get the bread and pastries since I can see how it looks.

Staff was not trained well, taking food items without gloves. Manager had very poor customer service skills.
