I've had an introduction to Crumbl's cookies through potlucks and that's when I instantly knew I needed to stop at Crumbl myself :). Crumbl changes up their menu fairly often, you can check out their latest flavors on their website. They generally have 6 flavors to choose from and the option to order the regular size or the mini packs (3, 6, 12), the more you order the greater the savings. I really like their Strawberry Cupcake cookie (buttery sugar cookie topped with a swirl of strawberry flavored frosting with white sprinkles). What I appreciate about Crumbl is how late they stay open (10pm on weeknights, 11pm on Friday/Saturday). Located in the Shops at Bishop Ranch plaza, Crumbl is tucked away in the back near Mod Pizza and Sajj Mediterranean. When you enter, you can smell the cookie scents immediately floating in the area as their kitchen is visible for everyone to see the magic happen. Customers are expected to place their orders on a touch pad that has the capability to scan QR codes to redeem items for. The wait time varies, but generally between 3-7 minutes. What makes it hard to give Crumbl 5 stars is how pricey the cookies and packs are. While I understand ingredients may have gone up due to inflation, it's tough to justify $5 for one cookie or $18.99-$48.99 for their cookie packs/party box (4-6+ cookies). It's something to keep in mind, but if you're craving sweets it's definitely worth a try! Helpful tip - Sign up for their Rewards program to earn a free cookie on your birthday without a purchase!

Came in tonight around 7pm. I hate leaving negative reviews. I was the only customer in the store. I had to watch and listen to two employees have a full on conversation just standing there while I waited. She then started my order and stopped to continue the conversation. It was so strange to me. No greeting. Just completely ignored. When she gave me my order she was nice but just process my order then go chat it up. Don't have the customer just stand there and wait. Just an overall strange experience.

Went here to have dessert and everything was done via kiosk and cell phone. Cookies are good, but very sweet. Milk is always needed with these cookies.
The cookies are excellent. We can get all the flavors and share with the family of four and everyone feels like they got a big enough piece of each flavor. The service at pick up after ordering online is quick and neat. They are friendly and helpful with any questions. The store is clean and there is plenty of room for everyone waiting for their orders.

I only go to Crumbl to buy cookies as gifts. I personally think the cookies are overpriced for being a satisfactory cookie. But I know people who enjoy them, so I walked into the empty store - no other customers. One associate walks across behind the counter and doesn't acknowledge me. He is too busy fulfilling an order. I glance over to my left, where another associate looks over from the large tub of cookie dough and doesn't greet me either, but a few moments later proceeds to exchange words with the first associate. I stood there for another minute, and decided it was not where I wanted to get my cookie gifts.
