Great location for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in this small coastal town serving visitors for the Hearst Castle and south entrance to Big Sur. Staff were attentive and professional. Food quality is wholesome and affordable. Walking distance for several motels. Nice outdoor eating area when weather permits. Silver Surf Motel offers a 12% off coupon-pick up in the lobby.
Stayed in San Simeon for a night and ate here for dinner and breakfast. Good size portions, super sweet and friendly staff, fast service. Try the chorizo and eggs for breakfast, you won’t regret it!!

Spent the night in San Simeon and arrived to check in for our hotel at 8:45 pm. Apparently, most places here closes at 9 pm. And sure enough everyone has a closed sign on their window. Saw this place with a few people still inside and decided to pop my head at their door and said "will you please serve us some food". Ha ha ha.
