Wow it has been a horrible experience ! As far as promotion! So i ordered online a 16 piece for 57 dollars and when i got to the restaurant they had the promotion of 24 piece for 50 dollars! I asked to price match or cancel my order to buy the promotion ! They denied said they could not do anything! Even tough i drove over to the restaurant to pick up! ! Really ? This is the last time i buy in this restaurant and will make sure i run the word to locals to not buy online ! Not only that they shorted me on one piece of chicken not giving me all my order correct! I hope this review get attention of a concerned and caring manager! Otherwise service will continue to get worse ! And will be taking advantage of consumers that have enjoyed this restaurant for years ! And because of some uncaring staff make this the last and worst experience !

Horrible service here. They close the finer as they please. They are rude and indifferent. It’s the second time I come when they are supposed to be opened and they close on me. It’s only 7:37pm right now

I do not know what was wrong, is a nation wide franchise isn't? I asked for crispy chicken, one order of four pieces? Let me start with this, oily on the outside to the point you can see, feel it and taste it. The dough outside was raw in some places, tasted awful. Third the white meat was dry, can something else go wrong? Oh their favor the Cole slaw was good. Maybe because I like Church ? as my benchmark. Pitiful isn't but be sure I am not coming back just for cole slaw only.
simple but delicious and friendly service for under $10 each... can't beat that nowadays... (8/10)?

Service was drive-thru,fairly fast I order a 14 piece meal,and paid extra to have breast and wings. When I got home there was only 13 pcs?Maybe next time KFC you might get 5 stars but not Today???

It was horrible we asked for two 38 dollar packs spent 80 dollars and got a 30 dollar meal. Plus we all got the runs from the food. It was the worst experience at KFC plus I don't know whats going on with there drumsticks but they looked all super small like chicken wings. ?????????
