It's faster when people actually take your order. The kiosk suck. I've seen old people having trouble using the kiosk. We need cashiers. Right now the manager took the order of 2 people in less than 3 minutes. It took me 5 minutes just get my order on the kiosk. The loading time sucks

I liked the play gym area for the kids, it was very clean and quiet for the most part. My kids enjoyed the projector that they had going on with the games and they liked the little gym too. I didn’t like that they tried to force their customers to use the kiosks when they didn’t want to. I rather not use the kiosk because there always seems to be a malfunction with it and you end up calling someone for help anyway. No ice cream and we are in the month of March. They charge you for a new soda instead now and don’t offer free refills to the customers even while they’re still eating inside the restaurant. So the new rules are not the greatest but what can you expect. We are living in the last days and things are only going to get uglier from here.Kid-friendliness: Clean gym for kids to play in. Nice projector to entertain kids.

Placed a bkf order on the mobile app and paid. I was told “we received your order but we didn’t accept it on our end because we aren’t serving bkf anymore”. Okay NP so I asked about a refund they said they have nothing to do with the McDonalds app so they don’t know when I’ll get a refund.I received an email, refund may take 5 days it also said your order was canceled.This got me thinking about how I placed a mobile order here not long ago for lunch. Once I arrived they said we only serve bkf until 11 A.M. regardless if the mobile app allowed me to place my order so it was canceled.•••So placing a bkf order and arriving a little after 10:30 A.M. my order was cancelled by them. On a different day you can’t order lunch until after 11 A.M. so my lunch order was canceled. (You can on the app but that doesn’t mean they honor that). I made a mistake thinking the mobile app works in correlation to this location. My assumption is this is a franchise location.Anywho looking forward to Chipotle opening :)

I've seen those place change so many times throughout the years but it seems like in the recent years it's starting to struggle. Service is mediocre, food is wrong constantly , and the place looks like it needs and update.
Stopped for a cup of coffee today. One thing you can always count on, McDonald's will always have good coffee at a reasonable price!!

It doesn’t matter how you approach this McDonald’s you will ALWAYS receive attitude and rude employees for no reason, I ordered a 2cheeseburger meal with a coke. When I received my drink a took a sip and immediately knew it wasn’t coke. I told the young lady “ I think my drink is wrong, it’s not coke” she replies “ it says coke on here so it is” .. it takes her a few moments but she takes incorrect drink back and hands me a coke.. I took just to not continue but it was flat and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. She was rude for no reason. Girl, I just wanted a crispy coke. Anyways.. they’re always like this, at this point it’s our fault for returning.
