To be honest on paper the the place seems great. Inside the ambiance and vibe looked great. The people the workers give off friendly attitude. The service is the only problem for me. My party of 7 got a reservation at 11:30am, got seated at 12pm, got the drinks at 12:30pm, and then got our food at 2pm

I was so excited to try this place. I came to celebrate our birthdays and I had a poor experience. First of all it took the waitress 20 mins to even ask us if we wanted to get started with drinks, we had to call her over (we were the only ones at the restaurant). Then she brought our food and it was so cold. As we started eating my friend found a thick piece of hair in between the enchiladas :( I was just so sad I had really high hopes. The only thing good and I really appreciate is that the manager didn’t charge us the food.

I went on a Saturday and the place was half full. Overall this place has more of a lounge feel to it. The DJ was playing Techno/ Hip Hop/ Rap etc., outside in the patio style area. I really appreciate the clean dinning/bar quiet area inside, front section of the building. As you walk past the quiet dining area, you will see the bar, tables, dance floor and stage. I also noticed one of the VIP sections next to the stage was fully enclosed with glass, which I think is great. The service was outstanding and employees were fun, friendly, and professional.

A good area to enjoy lunch or Dinner with the family, servers politely ask if anything else was needed and catered to our needs with a smile, the cost was reasonable. Will recommend it.Parking: Parked with a nice view towards the restaurant full of palm trees.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice I had a recent knee surgery and the restaurant is designed for people with physical limitations

I recently came in to have dinner and drinks, the staff was all so sweet and so outgoing. They made recommendations, and also filled us in on the club side.

My family and I had brunch last Sunday. Everything was great. Customer service was excellent ? ?The food was great. I had chilaquiles and they were really good...The only bad thing that I could say about it is that for brunch, they need more drink options like decaf coffee. Most of my family drinks decaf coffee ...Another great option is cafe de Olla ??But after all, I do recommend this place!!!It's definitely a 5 star ?

We came all the way here from South Orange County after calling and checking to see if the kitchen was open. I was bragging to some friends that we loved being here for the grand opening and loved the Tequila selection but were really stoked to try the menu this time!! After we pulled up with a party of 8, we were left with a crew of sad faces as the girl told us that instead, the crew had turned off the kitchen and instead they could only offer us drinks. We ended up leaving and heading down the street to El Rincon, and had a great time there instead. After a great first impression, the second impression after driving all the way to Santa Ana from South OC with a caravan of friends and hearing the kitchen was closed, AFTER calling first and verifying that we were coming with a big party, left me very disappointed and made me look like a fool to my friends. Not sure when we will be back.

Very Trashy, we were trying to enjoy a nice meal at Gus's Fried Chicken, a very fine establishment highly recommended, and this trash hole was creating unnecessary noise pollution at 1:58 PM in the middle of the day. Blasting music as loud as possible for literally no one. A five-star chicken restaurant trying to give good business and right next to it is a demented four year old with blow horn. How pleasant. I'm crossing my fingers for citations and fines for their horrible mismanagement.

701 with No AC. Food took 2 hours. Service was terrible. I wanted leave, but felt bad for the waitress. Management felt tense and unresponsive! Asked for water they charged me $10. I don't mind paying but keep in mind your prices are high to begin with. With the fact that you are in Santa Ana. Not Newport. So with No ac, crappy service, over exaggerated wait time for food and overpriced. Management should be more focused on customer service.
