My first time eating at any Applebee's every so take this review with a grain of salt walking into this establishment were got greeted by the Manager which was nice to see her go above and beyond I'm helping her staff as we took our seat and ordered our drinks they got my Margareta wrong & she came back to offer a replacement which was fine but when it came time to order our food my mother's 3 chese Mac & chese with chicken strips had a huge hair on it so I even asked her is everything okay she looked at me and said yeah it's okay but I notice she didn't continue eating so I took her plate and then notice it we immediately told the manger she was quick in making the correction my mother felt embarrassed but it happens I did not enjoy this as a first time experience but I would Definitely be back to give it a second chance I absolutely love the custom service so thats why I would reconsider coming again

They were busy but we were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was nice and checked back with us enough for a comfortable meal and the food was very good. The Chicken Wonton Tacos were fabulous, as per usual. The Bourbon Street Chicken was tender and delicious and the garlic mashed potatoes were very good (and I'm picky about mashed potatoes). They were nice enough to put the shrimp in a separate dish so my husband could have them. He had the Southwest Bowl and he says, "It wasn't bad."My only issue was that we were *very* cold in the restaurant! We ate quickly.Parking: Mall parking

Service was not great. Half the order didn't come out until 20 minutes after half the party got their food. We had to track down the waitress twice to get drinks refills and to get the check so we could leave.

I visited here twice. Both times I sat at the bar and ordered food to go. The first time I had a bartender that didn't know how to make drinks. One of the waitresses showed him how and took our order to go. She did a great job. The next time my bartender took my order, at the time I was the only one sitting at the bar, and proceeded to talk and help all of the server's before me. The drink I ordered called for premium blends, but the waitress used only her well bottles. I wasn't very impressed.

Josie was absolutely phenomenal. Great customer service and was such a delight. The bartender on duty was so attentive as well. As someone with a deadly allergy it speaks volumes on her passing by my table to make sure I was okay with the drink being made normally (my father ordered what I originally wanted since there wasn’t a safe substitute). Manager quick and polite in a mild complaint I had. Overall great drinks and food will come back if I’m in the area!!

Staff made my family and I feel extremely welcome. They wanted to make sure we had a great experience and we definitely did! Host helped us take a photo since they weren't busy when we went. Once they realized my family members were more comfortable speaking Spanish, they made an effort to speak it to them as well. Overall very lovely, and I'd go to this location again
