Quick ice cream stop! The staff was kind and quick. Our scoop was very big compared to when I normally go to a Baskin Robbins! Got the triple mango which tasted great and had small mango chunks inside! Yum!!

Tonight while trying to purchase a cake the credit card machine gave an error code that said “COMM_ERROR.” After trying to check out the first time, I let the employee know exactly what the machine said, and she had me try it again. It said the same thing and I explain to her exactly letter by letter, including the “_” what the machine was saying, and that it was not saying “declined”and that I didn’t know what “COMM_ERROR” meant. We tried 3 different times with different cards and I gave the same error code. The employee then walked away to call someone, I presume the manager, to ask them about the situation. I was standing there for several minutes with no help. Eventually a different employee rang up a different customer and the machine worked. The employee who had been helping me came back and said that since the machine had just worked it must be that my card had “insufficient funds” and that if I wanted to I could pay with a different card or cash. I let them know I had tried multiple cards and reminded them the machine did not say “declined.” We tried one more time and it worked. I left pissed. After I left it took me all of 30 seconds to Google what “COMM_ERROR” meant.“I. “Comm Error” – Stands for communication error and is by far the most common issue that you will face. The credit card terminal communicates in two ways. It sends out a signal to the bank which includes the amount of the transaction, etc. The bank authorizes these funds and sends a signal back to the terminal to say “Approved” or “Declined.” If a communication error happens on the way to the bank or on the way back, it will say “Comm Error.”“A. It is normal and to be expected for a new merchant processing over a phone line to receive this error once or twice in the first couple weeks. Always instruct the merchant to unplug the terminal, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in. This will be a temporary fix 95% of the time.” The article goes on but you can get the point that the error stems from the machine not being able to communicate with the bank do to a connection or internet issue on the businesses end.The manager or employee could have easily resolved this by doing a quick Google search like I did. But instead the employee 1) never bothered to come out from behind the counter to look at what the machine said 2) didn’t listen to me when I told her it was a communication error and not a declined payment and lastly and most importantly 3) BLAMED AND INSULTED ME for something that was a problem with their machine and their technology.Would love to give 0/5 stars. Not a fan of get insulted for something that’s 100% on the business and not me.

Excellent customer service with great efficiency! Luis was very nice and was helpful in sharing different menu items with me. The store was fully stocked with so many flavors and very clean. I highly recommend coming here to get all your desserts!

I came today wanting some ice cream for the whole family and they are closed 33 min early this is ridiculous I was waiting for 10 min just incase and their was 3 other families that where pist that it was closed as well. This happen last tiI came about a month or 2 ago and it was also closed early this sucks for however owns the business.

I come here normally when we want ice cream. But today was a bad day for them.So you have these signs in front of the register that say if you give us a 5 Star rating you will get a free scoop of Ice Cream.First off, don't ask or beg for ratings. Everyone knows that normally the ice cream there is the best to have. It tastes really good and there are lots of different flavors.Your rating is mainly going to be judge by the service, staff, and ice cream availability.And you can't even get that right.I go in looking for Baseball Nut flavor as that is my wife's fav. I find it on the glass case, look in and whole case is empty. You have four glass cases and 1 is totally empty.So I ask do you have it in the back and I am told no. So I look in their little display case and they have the quarts in there. Did I want that for my wife, NO!!!!However, as I hate to disappoint my wife, I asked could I buy the waffle cones and they said yes. So got the cones and ice cream. Then I noticed that they had 3-4 people there working and only one was helping customers. The others were standing around trying to look busy.Get it together. If this is how the store will be run, I understand why there is a sign in the window that you are looking for more employees.P.S. Since the owner wanted to respond to my post, I have to reply.1st If you do not care about how you treat your wife, that is your problem. I treat my wife, the mother of my 4 daughters, like the queen that she is and with respect and I spoil her, that is my choice. There a whole lot more people and women on here who will tell you the same and there is no problem with doing that. I make good money and that is my damn choice.2nd I am not disrespectful, if you can't take criticism, do not be on here or own a business. I go to your store numerous times and it just so happened that I wrote a review this time. And what I saw was not the first time I have seen it. Whether it is at night or in the daytime.Last, if you want to critique someone or reply make sure you know how to spell. Or at least let the app correct the spelling for you. You have so many errors in you response. And baseball season started in March and runs through October. Not a sports fan are you.

Haven't been here in awhile and I wanted to redeem my birthday scoop! I decided on World Class chocolate, something I've never had before. Wow, this was very marshmallow-y, very soft and different. I'm glad I tried it. I also went to take a look around the store and there are so many cool products that are perfect for parties! There are these cute-sized ice cream cakes, perfect for just one person! I actually want to go back and possibly get it for myself or for someone else, such a cute idea. And they also have a lot of cakes that look delicious and pre-packed ice cream. I definitely need to explore this place more next time. I'm missing out.
