The better with bread truck is right by where I work so I decided to try out this new lunch spot out. I was not disappointed. The service was great, and the worker was very knowledgeable of all the food options. I had the breakfast burrito with a chipotle sauce. The portion is very good for the price. One of the best overall breakfast burritos in the area for the value! I have also had the iced chai latte and the salmon sandwich which were all good but I always come back for that sweet sweet breakfast burrito! The workers also offered delivery nearby which was very convenient. I called the number provided and the whole process was smooth.

First off, this is not a restaurant. A very modest Asian couple who are talented bakers produces incredibly good sourdough bread in a tiny storefront hidden off of Tustin Ave in Tustin. Called "Moses" because the couple is Catholic, this is the type of committed establishment that we should support. There are various unadulterated examples of excellent sourdough bread baked daily such as baguette, boule, sandwich loaf and bagel. There are rosemary, blue cheese, cranberry and walnut and other boules but the simple boule is the best. The bread is exceptional. The crust is a somewhat crisp but chewy, the interior airy with a subtle fermented sourdough flavor. You can buy the bread whole or sliced (it lasts longer unsliced). When the bread is fresh, you will never have a better sandwich in your life. One can order in advance online and pick up two days later. The owners are dedicated and very humble. This bread is considerably better than anything you can buy in a local supermarket and priced reasonably.

I stumbled on this truck trying to find a shortcut to work. I have had their salmon salad, sandwiches, bagel trays.... Everything I've had has been fresh, made to order, and fabulous! Erica even delivers when I need larger orders for meetings. The prices are too low! (My CFO told me not to tell her that.) Highly recommend.

I've tried sooooo many of their food items and they have not let me down. I am a picky eater, and everything at Better with Bread is FRESH, and made with quality ingredients. Angel and Ericka are awesome! You HAVE to check it out and when you do, you will be back time and time again. Follow their social media so you know where they'll be at, but for the most part they are on Tustin between 4th and Fruit. They also CATER! You have to try their SALMON. I am a salmon lover, and it's real easy for someone to mess it up and overcook it, but Angel knows how to cook a FLAVORFUL and JUICY salmon. A few of my favorites: Better with Cream Cheese Bagel, Salmon Sandwhich, Salmon Wrap, and Tuna Sandwhich. Take in mind I have lunch from here about 2-5 times per week so it's hard to narrow it down, but if it's your first time, you can safely go with any of these items and if you don't like it there's something wrong with your taste buds.

I work a couple blocks away from where this food truck parks. You can either visit the truck or they can deliver your order to you. Better With Bread is my favorite place to go during my lunch break. The food is fresh, the truck is clean, and they have healthy options. The staff is super nice and provides excellent service. I order either the salmon sandwich or the vegetable breakfast burrito. breakfast burritos are on point.. so far only thing that i tried here.. coworkers told me about this truck.. ..very fresh, quick, friendly service.. have been getting chorizo breakfast burrito.. i get it well done, with potatoes, egg, cheese and chipotle...going to start trying their other stuff but right now this burrito is by far one of the best breakfast burritos i have tried around here... i see a favorable salmon salad review... cant wait to try that !!

Chorizo it! I didn't order anything here with their bread, but all the items I did have surpassed all expectations! In this carbo scared environment, I'm all with Better With Bread for boldly proclaiming truth... Meals are better with bread. If you can't tell already, I'm a bread lover (just don't give me plain white bread!). Quesadilla with Chorizo - One of the best quesadillas I've had in recent memory, impressing me with its hot-off-the-grill stay crisp tortilla outside and a good blend of cheese, crumbled chorizo and jalapenos inside. I had one slice, then didn't have my last triangle until 15 minutes later. The lightly crisp outside stayed that way throughout because they didn't overcheese the inside, avoiding an ooey, goey, oily mess. Their chorizo has a little spiciness but the overall intense flavor carries it and balances out everything else inside the quesadilla. Chicken Strips, Mozzarella Sticks and Fries Sampler - First bite I noticed that the chicken strips and mozzarella sticks had a crunchy but airy outer breading that were better than what I have in most restaurants. I don't know if it was the fresh frying oil or something else, but these did not feel heavy or taste oily. They were really light and that's a great thing. The chicken is one large, thin cut breast that is breaded and fried as a whole then cut into 5 inch strips. Their fries are fresh cut, medium thickness, with skin edges. The plate comes with BBQ sauce, cocktail sauce, ketchup and ranch. The one dish I didn't get to try but is next on my hit list is their Chorizo Pizza Bagel. Two toasted bagel halves, covered with red sauce, cheese and crumbled chorizo. The quality and freshness at Better with Bread is top tier. I went in expecting average and I left wanting to eat more (if my stomach wasn't already full!). Highly recommended, I'll definitely be having more when I'm in the area.

I don't usually leave reviews for places that I eat but I made a yelp account just so that I could give this place a review. I love Erica she really cares about connecting with the people who come to the truck and I had a great time talking to her while I waited for my food. The food is also really good I had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and it was amazing. Very filling and pretty big to so if you need something for breakfast to fill you up I would recommend it. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and tasted really fresh. They also had a ton of other options for breakfast they even had French toast with Nutella which is always a good combination. I would highly recommend trying them out they provide great service and have great food.

I purchased a "basic" sourdough baguette from this small "mom and pop" bakery on my way to work. The sourdough flavor was delicious! The bread inside was fluffy and soft and the sourdough crust was crispy. The sourdough bread is baked with only four ingredients: flour, wild yeast, sea salt and water. There is no added butter, no sugar, and no other artificial ingredients. Most other bakeries prepare sourdough bread with multiple ingredients, including lots of preservatives, but not Moses Bread. They are true artisan bakers. The owners of this shop are very friendly and courteous. They are happy to answer questions about their bread and provide excellent customer service.
