Worst drive thru service every time I go. I emailed to report the poor service from Genesis only to return and get the same poor service by the same person. I'm glad there are similar Birria locations because the service at this place is unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money. They have the same nasty attitude cashiers all the time. Emailing customer service will not resolve anything. Don't go to this location. They won't last being open long with their rude service. Management needs to do a better job at supervising their employees.

The food is good. I always come here and love. I am truly disappointed on the service. I really needed to use the restroom. The restaurant was empty. I asked for the key. The cashier did not want give it to me until. She charged me but she was occupied doing something else. Until I told her my friend is going to pay for me. She gave me the key. She took the key away from an older lady. When the older lady was going to give me the key. She snatch the key and said no. First pay. I felt so humiliated. NEVER AGAIN!

Double check your order all the time, I specifically ask for birria salsa and aceite, the girl put tomatillo on my receip, I brought that to her attention, she say "is ok i will put you the birria salsa", I did trust her. I got home, and to my surprise, I got tomatillo salsa NOT BIRRIA SALSA, but to top it of, only 3 little ramekins, and 3 aceite salsa for a WHOLE 2 lbs of birria, and only one set of cilantro and onion. This is to show me I CAN'T trust them, I need to double check everything.

First time at this location but not the first time eating Birrieria Guadalajara (Costa Mesa and Orange).The food is perfectly the same at every location. The tacos are crispy and tasty. The consome is delicious to say the least.Definitely will be back to one of the many locations.
