This place is literally the worst. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The last three times I've gone here this month, they've been closed regardless of the fact that google, yelp, and their own website states that they are open. You're wasting peoples time. Update your hours. So unprofessional. Literally go anywhere else. Don't waste your time here.

I came here today and all the tables are dirty, floors are dirty with trash all over the floor, we asked if they could wipe down our table and their response was “they don’t have that here there’s napkins right there” and we had to wipe down our own table with just napkins. Their computers weren’t even working we had to do an online order for pick up they were not super busy. Also our order was missing items we had ordered and they didn’t tell us or offer to add something else on our pizza. Very unsanitary and VERY poor customer service.

When I went and ask for stuff they even gave me a dirty look. If they don’t want people to ask for things then they should definitely maybe do their job and restock. I looked back and everyone is on their phones. Another person called for the manager and they said they didn’t know who the manager was. Then after she left they started talking bad about her. Like come on guys Really Professional. I think they should look at themselves before talking bad about their customers. Because without them they would be out of work. It’s so sad that this place is going to go down. I think the owner should definitely come and look how they are running his/her restaurant.

Don't not waste your time here. Horrible customer service. Been here twice in the past month. Once there was a long line and we get to the front and they tell us there's no red sauce and then on top of that they aren't taking cash. We had to go to another location to accommodate the birthday girl who wanted to eat there. Today we arrive and the worker tells us they are only taking online orders! No signs or blocked off line to let you know what's going on. This place is constantly out of ingredients,not taking payments and now not taking orders in person. We will not be coming back to this location.

Stopped by Saturday afternoon, way after lunchtime. Just wanted to purchase a bottled water. The lady at the register confirmed they sell bottled water. But wouldn't sell it to me. Her excuse was, "we have a lot of online orders to fulfill." So I asked her, "so you have bottled water but won't sell it to me, which will only take 30 seconds?" She said, "yes, come back in an hour" When I looked over, there was one customer in line to order pizza. I wonder if that customer will have to wait an hour standing to order their pizza... This is a food court, so I was able to go next door for my water. I've been to other Blaze Pizzas before and it's my favorite pizza chain. As a small business owner myself, Management needs to retrain their staff on customer service and/or train them on some common sense.

I would give this restaurant a minus 0. Every time I try going here there's always something wrong. For instance once my kids wanted blaze pizza and we showed up 10 minutes before it opened and waited til it was time. I could see a manager and employees were having a meeting and the meeting went on after opening hours and the restaurant wouldn't open a few people were waiting outside. I waited 20 minutes more and couldn't do it anymore so I left. 2 weeks later I go again and their credit card machine was down they were only taking cash. I won't try this place anymore. I'd rather drive farther

Joshua was working and was incompetent... my mother a senior woman tried to go in and get the deal for PI Day and he was not willing to help her get on the app and just said he can't help her. She isn't tech savvy, and he was not willing to be any help to her. She was not able to make a purchase during her visit.

I have to agree with many of these comments that gave one star. Customer service needs to improve in this location. The young gentleman that helped us was very my slow and annoyed at working there. Young lady that was the supervisor wasn’t too bad. Overall I was not happy with the food or service unfortunately.
i ate dinner with my family and order 3 pizzas. the guy serving us was slow and LITERALLY THE LAZY PERSON IVE MET. like girl at least put your pants up and stop wiping your nose with the glove you’re putting the ingredients with… all the employees were dudes expect one girl. no employee was taking order after i got my food because they just didn’t want to, only the sweet lady like the guy who was taking my order stopped half way. i asked that guy to give me extra sauce because he didn’t give me that much than i kid you not he takes the spoon and just gives me a dot of sauce.

Horrible service! Yesterday in the afternoon i went to get some dinner but the employees burnt my pizza twice. The employees were extremely disrespectful. When I was handed my change the boy aggressively gave it back. When I asked for my fountain drink the boy ignored me and did not respond back to me. I was extremely disappointed with the service and am never returning to that location again!

Very bad customer service. As soon as I reached one young guy with highlighted hair told me straight they are closed. Later on one sweet girl working told me I can order it online. Come on If you guys want to do business than give proper information to your customer. Online it shows dine in option available too.

For the last month whenever I come to this location their system is down. They have told me their only taking cash, making it a hassle because I don’t always carry cash. Plus they run out of products at all my visits. They have discontinued ham and today they ran out of pineapple and mushrooms. So basically all my favorite toppings! This isn’t the first time! I will not be coming to this location again. They definitely don’t know how to run a business!

very rude i they denied my bf an order of there cheese bread because the oven was working properly and yet they were cooking my pizza and another 4 in the oven so im confused on why did they denied my bf or even make my order if they know the oven isnt working properly, i have now received my order amd more people are here trying to order and they are saying they are open but the oven isnt working but they can still take orders, im extremely confused why couldnt they do the same for my bf or why couldn't they just put the cheese bread in the oven my pizza was in there 3 mins before he went and asked to place and order i would like an explanation! And now they put pizza in and now they are offering my bf the cheese bread , now that they see I'm doing a review ,due better ! Rude young people all they do is stare and talk and not change gloves after touching their hat or touch face ! Never coming back I understand you are looking for workers but make sure your workers are willing to work and put in the effort and not make customers feel like they were turned away ! wow I'm here sitting doing this review and I keep seeing things and employe just washed his hands with his gloves still on I wonder how long he's been doing that for and now he's making a pizza ! I am extremely shocked I used to work in food before going into the medical field this is not ok !
