I like blaze but not this blaze. Staff was nice; however, they about didn't let me renew the coupon they gave yesterday.. In addition, asked for the pizza to be extra crispy. Pizza was not even cooked to the level of a normal pizza - had to cook it in my oven at home just to eat it. Would recommend just going to a different blaze.

Big shout-out to the night crew from Thu. 3/14/24 for an outstanding performance...Wonderful job for a 12hr shift serving 800 people on National Pie Day...Close to 11pm and still they were going strong...Running low on dough, they still had quite a few toppings left to choose from...After living in New York, you tend to know good pizza...This pizza was okay...The place is spacious for dining, was very clean...?????

I should have read the Yelp reviews before coming here. My family and I were driving by and saw Blaze (a pizza place we normally LOVE in other towns) so we decided to stop and eat. There were only two other ladies eating inside the establishment but getting our pizzas took forever! I have never ever waited so long to get a pizza. The girl that made the them placed them on the pizza rack and not into the oven. She started helping another employee do something else! She eventually got around to putting it into the oven but at that point my family and I were extremely irritated. At this point we were the only people inside the building... and waiting! I asked for extra ranch for my kids and the man said only one ranch per pizza. Not to mention the "tiny" ranch containers aren't even full! They're maybe halfway filled. He eventually allowed the employee to hand me a couple more but he wasn’t happy about it and let it show. We will never EVER be back to this place. Go elsewhere people....trust me. With all the bad reviews and nothing about this place changing, I'm pretty sure they're happy with how they run things.

The manager is so rude and unprofessional. I had an interview today at 3:00pm I arrived 5 minutes early. He had me apply again .. and told me he would be right back I figured it was so he could help the people in line but once he finished he went towards the back to have a conversation with the other employees… he completely forgot about me and waisted my time I’m a single mother who had to pay for a baby sitter to come in for this interview that he never even gave me I had to pay for transportation and it was all for nothing.

I ordered a half pizza and side salad combo through Uber eats and I never received the pizza! The inside of the box is clean and has clearly never seen pizza even touch it. As soon as I picked up the box, I knew there was nothing in it and that no pizza was ever in it. I fault the store and the driver but mostly the store for never putting the pizza in the box. It’s so simple and I was starving after a long day of work. I also tried calling the store and nobody ever answered. Such a let down and will never get food from here again.

SLOW SLOW Slowest blaze ever. Third try here. Always so slow. Maybe an oven issue? Maybe fire the manager here? Seems terribly run here. This Blaze needs serious attention. Crust double thick even. Give Blaze a bad reputation. If this was my 1st Blaze, I would never go to any Blaze.

I came into this location near 12:00pm on a Friday, and there were about 2 customers in line. Despite this, I ended up waiting in line nearly 20 minutes before I even began ordering my pizza, which took about another 5-10 minutes. Some of the service was kind, but the cashier was rather short and a little rude. At least the food turned out okay, but I definitely don't plan to return to this location in the near future

Bernice has the worse attitude. She was throwing the pizzas at the customers. One customer asked why she was so passive aggressive. We just wanna get our food and not deal with one more persons attitude. I work in customer service and this is way beyond what the customers deserved. Bernice you get paid to do a job and I'm sure throwing pizza boxes at customers instead of handing them is not what we come looking for. I love this pizza but dislike her attitude! Get a different job lady
