Blinking Owl Distillery

I went here for the first time last night. We got there at 7 pm on a Friday night and it was surprisingly slow, so our party of 7 was seated right away. We sat in a corner booth/chair combo which was perfect since we had 3 kids in our party. It was a little chilly outside and they offered to turn on the heat lamps which warmed us right up. If you love artisan food made from locally sourced, sustainable ingredients then this is the place is for you. If you also enjoy unique handcrafted cocktails made with the liquors that are produced on premises, then you'll be even happier. The majority of the seating is on their outdoor patio so I don't recommend going on a rainy day.
