The breakfast sandwiches are not made to order the eggs already cooked the sausages already cooked they just put it together on a bagel and then put it in the oven that they have there that probably heats things really fast.

The bagels are good but the service is horrible there I work down the street and I have been there a few times within the 2 years of working at my jobs and the vibes were not good. I recently went in there and a manager helped me at the register and treated me as if I was not the customer buying there. NEVER AGAIN!! My company buys from there in bulk I sure will let my managers know how I was treated!!!

This is usually my go to spot for when I need to pick up morning goodies for my team for a birthday. I always get their bakers bundle. This morning I ordered the bundle and I tell them to choose a variety of flavor instead of picking my own like I've done in the past. I look inside and the man who helped me put all plain bagels. If I wanted plain bagels only I could have just went to a local grocery store. Very disappointed this morning.

Horrible customer service f this place lucky i didn't fight the lady for being rude for no reason actually bc I said I want a blueberry bagel & she got a different one she put her mistake onto me. I don't care if you have a bad day don't come at me side ways. Literally asked her 3X what the pink cream cheese was & would ask my friend if it was together like !????? My friend was having a bad morning & I was treating her to some bagels & this lady had the nerve to treat me like that your customer service needs to do better bc I didn't NOTHING to deserve that treat meant how is it my fault she grabbed the wrong bagel. This happened last year but this shit still makes me mad everytime I see this place hope it goes out of business & I let everyone I know, know what happened . I never been treated so horribly anywhere else that's why this place sticks out so much to me bc I'm always a good customer until you treat me like that .

i come here nearly every tuesday and wednesday at 5:30 am. the people here are so so kind and welcoming and i just love coming here for breakfast and the manager is on top of everything and very sweet as well and obviously their fresh food is always a 10/10!

Bruegger’s Bagels served its purpose in satisfying my hunger at the moment. The bagels were decent, and the service was quick. However, I couldn't help but compare them to Shirley Bagels, which, in my opinion, are far superior in taste and quality. Shirley Bagels not only offer a more delightful taste but also boast a higher quality of ingredients. Additionally, considering the taste and quality difference, I found Shirley Bagels to be more reasonably priced. While Bruegger’s Bagels were convenient, if taste and quality are a priority for you, I would recommend exploring other options like Shirley Bagels.
