Wow. Theres a homeless dude in the lobby who is unresponsive, and the “manager” Daniel says the owner doesnt want them calling police or paramedics. A couple employees came out to attempt to wake up this man, who did not move or respond at all. The employees are all laughing about this situation. I told daniel this guy could potentially not be okay, and his response was “well I didnt tell him to die, so thats not my problem “. BRO…what?? I just had to call 911 myself because the employees here are apparently unable to perform basic tasks.

Had to post this on here to ! I was just here at 5pm a man took my order he was very nice and patient with me trying to get my code out and the food was really good and came out fast I tried the ghost pepper whopper it was goood!! The fry’s were fresh and my son loved his kids meal thank you for the great service keep it up
This location has come in clutch for me SO MANY TIMES! I'm usually coming back from a long drive or in a pinch and need a quick lunch or dinner and this location is always fast and fresh. I use the app and am able to mobile order and even get much better discounts on meals via the app. I can't remember the last time I paid full price for a whopper meal. The only thing I would suggest is don't get the onion rings. They are located right off of Main and Civic Center and even their location is in plain sight but easy to miss because the street is so busy and if you miss the turn you're screwed.

I ordered lunch on 8/30 from this location and was sent and billed twice for the same order. The driver Ana returned the double or second order to the store and I haven't heard a word back. You can see on my bank statement that I was charge two times/double charged for those three items. I will never order from this location again. 701 N Main Street Santa Ana, CA 92701 store # 4309.
