The experience eating at Cancun juice has being one of the famous experience. The customer overall from the workers is stellar. Francisco the manager with the blue shirt was able to assist me and provide great recommendations what to choose to eat, great person to approach.The taste was spectacular and the staff were above and beyond.

From a personal experience, Francisco - tall male, short spikey hair with glasses - has a "pesado" character. No smile, no welcoming attitude, nothing. He makes the atmosphere of this place feel unpleasant and the way he directs himself to customers and acts as if he's running the president's security team. He definitely needs a friendlier attitude if he's going to continue taking customer's orders.

The food went from good to mediocre to laughable! The cake is just as thick as the lettuce and has no flavor. Awful!

I haven't been to this store in a while, but I have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I went a few days ago and was stunned at how much food quality has decreased! Not only decreased but it has also reduced in size: there was little to no meat, tomatoes and lettuce none existent and taste like cardboard. Horrible, and the place dirty, smelly and overall bad. Needs to change!
As a DoorDash driver I was handed a sealed bag. I asked if it had extra salsa as the customer requested. Showed him the text and he assured me yes there was. There was not per customer. I did not see or know about the salsa bar as I was a first time visitor. This can put my job at risk. Please help us out instead of guessing.

Delicious, always ready to pick up my order. I usually order the carne asada torta it is so yummy! I also love the Juice called "ChillyOne" and add spinach, they always get my order right. Delicious salsas and so many great food options to choose from!

Cashier was helpful enough to get our drinks remade when they came out wrong. We ordered a juice and smoothie. The juice came out as a smoothie and smoothie as a juice. They took them back and we waited another five min or so. They came out literally the SAME WAY, except this time the smoothie tasted like completely weird. Almost as if it was a cheese smoothie. Had we known, we would of walked away with the first drinks that came out. We didn't want to go back so we walked away trying to drink them. As soon we stepped outside of main place, we couldn't bear them so we threw them away. So much for $10 drinks.That's all, thanks for reading.
