Was having the worst day today and went to this Carls Jr and experienced the best customer service I have had in a very long time. These days good customer service is hard to come by. The difference one can make just by doing their job, being kind and having customer service skills is huge. Elizabeth was able to turn my day around for the better. WE need more people like her!!! I had a spicy chicken sandwich it was horrible the bun was all flat and stale the chicken sandwich did not taste like it used to and barely any flavor to it in the patties were super thin and they're like almost four bucks
