I haven't had the chance to experience this place fully, so I can't offer a comprehensive review.However, despite the 10 televisions available, when I requested one to be changed to a live baseball game, the bartender informed me it wasn't possible. Consequently, I had to seek out another venue to watch the game.I went next door to the Vault bar and grill where the bartender changed the 3 out of 6 televisions for me to watch the baseball game.

the food was great but the waiters were horrible. they were all very rude with bad attitudes and seemed to be drunk and or high. i was also basically forced to tip them although their service wasn’t deserving. i loved the food but the service ruined my experience :( unless there’s a change in front staff i will not be buying from here and will advise my friends and family to do the same. please do better because the food is amazing and it’s a shame that the service doesn’t match up with it :/

The food is fantastic, but the music volume is absurd. Raising your voice to be heard by the person next to you in a booth makes for a frustrating time out with friends.

Great dinner to start your weekend in downtown! Location is perfect with local parking and not over crowded. Food was served at a timely manner and service was excellent! Will be back again

Went there for restaurant week. 3 course meal. The starter salad and main dish was o.k. one of the dish, the chicken was undercooked.But we had asked the waiter to substitute 4 of our desserts to one dessert, he agreed and then towards the end said no. So when the finally when the dessert which was part of the 3 course came out, it was almost like they just served it out of the freezer. Was so hard, we couldn't even cut it. It was so hard.Totally disappointed. Had been there a few years back, the food was great then, but now it looks like the quality has gone to the dogs. Will never go there again.The only thing that was good were the drinks.
Server had a bit of an attitude. Our food did not all arrive at the same time. Food was good…. Not great. Good location and awesome atmosphere.

Service was good. Food is the biggest downgrade. I used to tell everyone chapter one had the best burger in OC and duck fat fries. The first 4 trips I could say this but after my last time going it was just okay. They also changed the fries, total downgrade.

I’ve been going to this place when in town for over 10 years and it has never let me down. Impeccable menu, top notch service and atmosphere, and the bartenders know exactly how to do things. Cant say enough just how awesome this place is.
