On the app, I literally ordered my food while in the Drive-Thru, granted it was a bit of a peek hour time. But I was shocked they had it ready by the time I got to the drive-thru window and 3 cars ahead of me.

Terrible drive thru experience every time. No designated lines, people came in from two different direction trying to fight for the space, with car jumping in lines constantly. No traffic controls, aggressive drives got the spot faster all the time. The management definitely could do a better job to make the drive thru neat and fair.

This is by far the worst CFA location. Staff has gotten my order wrong almost every time to the point where it is actually a very nice surprise when they manage to get it right.Food is good and up to standard with CFA, but the accuracy is sub 20%.

They remodeled the drivethru and it’s somehow just as inefficient as before. The staff is also rude compared to the staff prior to remodeling. I’d rather drive out to the Chick Fil A at the District or the one on Harbor instead.

Worst experience at a chick fil. Went through drive thru and it took 30 minutes just to order the food. The employee by himself taking orders was more than likely new and was constantly walking over to the experienced employee to ask questions. The experienced employee took 4 car orders before the new guy finished taking our order.

I was upset about my online order I placed through the chick-fil-a app for pick-up because of a mistake.I called the restaurant, spoke with a manager, and communicated that my order was missing a sandwich. The manager was very helpful and respectful and joyful to solve the problem. I drove back to the restaurant immediately after, and found out the manager’s name is Daniel.Thanks to Daniel for the great customer service.

Went to try out the new remodeled location. I went in with no line which was great. It took the cashier awhile to get are order correct on the screen but we finally got it correct which was fine. I spent $30 for a couple a breakfast biscuits sandwiches that pictured in the menu.After we got our order we checked are items and was shocked to see only what looked like a very small heart shaped biscuit and a very small chicken breast with the biscuit.1. The heart shaped biscuit is no where advertised on the menu.2. Are order was wrong after placing the order with the cashier for a while before he got it right on the screen.The training manager wasn’t helpful at all with trying to replace our items he said well it’s what you ordered but we kept tellling him no it wasn’t.We finally got a hire up mang. and she replaced are items. We then after called customer service and they only offered us 1 free choc. Chip cookie or 1 biscuit.Will not be going back or supporting chick fil aSo much for being a Christian business.
