I ordered online and received my bowl without any issues. The food was good and fresh. I did pay for double meat, though I feel I did not get a good portion. The food was still good and the order was completed on time.Overall this is a good consistent location for chipotle. It is classic and always offers fresh good food at a fair (though increasing) price.

The guy that helped me has a great attitude and engages with you with a smile and that always helps people enjoy their food more. He also does a pretty amazing balance for making the chips. Loved the good vibes. Like the chicken and the avocado looks and tastes fresh. Would definitely come back.

I've been coming to this Chipotle once a week on my way home from work for the past 6 months. It started off great, but last month and a half have been a let down. Picked up a bowl tonight, the the kid serving me literally gave me half a scoop of rice, half scoop of beans and half scoop of soyfritos. I had to ask him for more of the dried up pinto beans! Right after the second weak serving, I was rushed through the last section with super small servings (super surprising!). I can understand if it's super busy with a long line with rushing to get people through the place, but it's raining and almost nobody was in there. Basically a waste of time/money, and confirmed after giving it another chance, I'll never come back here again.

overpriced Mexican food is never good. all bad. I don't care how you break it down. how you pay your staff? if your food is good, you don't need to charge so much. $20 for a burrito is a little ridiculous. Great business model. just not very customer friendly when it comes to the prices

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to! Save yourself from the Salmonella and bacteria, go to a different Chipotle! EVERY time I come to this chipotle the food looks disgusting especially the carnitas! Today I happened to go to this one because my cousin drove us and we live across the street. I wanted to get the carnitas because that's the meat I usually get from other chipotles. These Carnitas look so gross and super watery so I asked the guy if there was any fresh carnitas and they did, so he dumps the old nasty looking carnitas tray into the new fresh carnitas tray. So then the guy put his freaking hand (yes with gloves on) under the tray where the meat is, it's filled with water (who knows how nasty that water is) he's trying to get shit out of the water then proceeds to grab my food with the same gloves on! He's lucky I'm not a crazy chick that flips out and is loud and causes a scene. I asked him, you realize what you just did right? (Mind you I'm a "recovering" germaphobe) then I told him I wasn't buying that bowl, he rolled his eyes took his gloves off with an attitude and put new ones on. So they made me a new bowl. Go to the chipotle on Main St by Mothers instead, the food always looks fresh. They also have the chicken Al pastor!

Chipotle, how are you going to offer a lifestyle menu on your website only to make me look foolish for ordering it at this location? They said that I was crazy to try and get half and half chicken and sofrita and it took 3 different people to put my order together. I went to your website, selected this location to order from and I get trolled for ordering a Go Half veggie bowl because as the server put it, it's not a veggie bowl if you add chicken to it! I DIDN'T come up with the name. I just ordered it now you named it. Smh. First time ordering from chipotle in years and this is the welcome back that I get.
